Study On The Differences Of Nutrition And Hormone In The Above Ground Part Of Shine Muscant Grape Under The Two-harveat-a-year Cultivation During Summer And Winter Fruits Growth Period

With the 4-year-old Shine Muscat grape as the test material,the differences of nutrient accumulation and hormone content change in the above ground part of grape between the growth period of summer and winter fruits under the two-harvest-a-year cultivation model was tested.During the growth period of summer and winter fruits,the changes of biomass in the above ground were investigated and analyzed,andthe carbohydrate,soluble protein,mineral elements and hormones in the above ground were measured.The results showed that:1.Under the two-harvest-a-year cultivation of Shine Muscat grape,the biomass accumulation of the above ground part was 23.62 kg/plant during the growth period of summer fruit from germination to pruning after summer fruit harvest,while the biomass accumulation of above ground part in the growth period of winter fruit was significantly lower than that in summer fruit,which was only 12.02 kg/plant.2.During the summer and winter fruits growth,the change of carbohydrate content in leaves and branches of Shine Muscat grapes showed an upward trend.The total soluble sugar accumulated in the above ground part organs of summer fruit was 15.31 kg/plant,which was significantly higher than that of winter fruits?3.84 kg/plant?.The starch accumulated in summer fruit growth period was1308.41 mg/plant,which was significantly higher than that of winter fruits?1035.15mg/plant?.3.During the growth period of summer and winter fruits of Shine Muscat grape,the content of soluble protein in leaves and branches increased first and then decreased.The total accumulation of soluble protein in the aerial organs of summer fruits was 75.82 g/plant,which was significantly higher than 44.13g/plant in winter fruits.4.The N,P,K contents of leaves and branches during the growth period of summer fruit and winter fruit of Shine Muscat grape fluctuated slightly before the veraison,and showed a downward trend after entering the mature period.The accumulation of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in the above ground organs of summer fruits was 194.93,77.79,287.23,215.27 and 23.28 g/plant respectively,which was significantly higher than that of winter fruits?95.88,54.05,105.61,168.71 and15.36 g/plant respectively?.5.The change trend of IAA and GA3content in the leaves of Shine Muscat grapes is different in the growth period of summer fruit and winter fruit,the change trend of ABA content in the growth period of summer fruit and winter fruit is the same;the change trend of IAA content in the branches is the same in the growth period of summer fruit and winter fruit,the change trend of GA3and ABA content in the growth period of summer fruit and winter fruit is not the same;the content of IAA and ABA in the flowers is significantly higher in the growth period of winter fruit than that of summer fruit;the content of IAA and ABA in the flowers is significantly higher in the growth period of winter fruit The content of GA3in fruit was significantly higher in summer than in winter,IAA was significantly higher in summer than in winter,ABA was significantly higher in winter than in summer.
