| As a kind of facility that provides suitable growth environment for crops,greenhouse is an important way of cultivating agricultural products in China.At present,China’s greenhouse management technology is low in content,mainly relying on manpower and planting experience for management and regulation,which takes time and effort.In this paper,a greenhouse data collection and control system based on wireless transmission is designed based on the development status of greenhouse agriculture in China.The system is composed of three parts: data collection and equipment control terminal,Zig Bee gateway and host computer data monitoring center.Wireless sensor network,combined with sensor modules to realize the collection and control of greenhouse environmental data,through Zig Bee gateway built by Zig Bee coordinator and STM32 microcontroller to upload environmental data to the system server,real-time monitoring and remote control The system can also automatically send control commands to achieve remote control of the greenhouse in combination with preset environmental data.Aiming at the problem of excessive energy loss and node failure caused by RREQ packet flooding in the traditional Zig Bee routing algorithm,a Zig Bee routing optimization algorithm suitable for wireless networks is proposed in the Zig Bee wireless sensor network built by the system.The algorithm controls the broadcast direction and broadcast range of RREQ packets during the route discovery process of Zig Bee nodes.It selects nodes with better residual energy value and LQI value to forward RREQ to find the optimal path.Simulation results show that the optimized algorithm significantly reduces the network energy consumption and node failure probability,and improves the network’s survival time.The system has been tested to meet the expected functional requirements of data collection,wireless transmission,information processing and remote control.The improved routing algorithm has achieved satisfactory results in the system.This design realizes the wireless control management and precise control of the greenhouse,and improves the scientific and technological content and production efficiency of the greenhouse management. |
