The medicinal of Fallopia multiflora is the dried root of Fallopiamultiflora(Thunb.)Harald,which is often used as a nourishing traditional Chinese medicine in clinic,is widely used in the development of drugs,health products and daily chemical products.In recent years,the demand for traditional Chinese medicine is gradually increasing,and the shortage of wild resources promotes the development of artificially cultivated traditional Chinese medicine industry.In order to further strengthen the protection and standardized utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources in South of China,this paper carried out a study on seedling breeding,seedling classification,fertilization,cultivation density,harvest time and drying methods in the process of planting and production of F.multiflora.In order to provide reference for the formulation of the production standard of F.multiflora,the results are as follows:1.To carry out the study on the cutting breeding technology of F.multiflora,to explore the effects of different cutting methods,the degree of lignification of cuttings and cutting treatment methods on the survival rate and quality of seedlings,and to optimize the suitable cutting breeding methods of F.multiflora.The results showed that different cutting methods,cutting materials and cutting treatment methods had effects on the survival rate of seedlings,and the survival rate of hard branch cuttings was higher than that of soft branch cuttings.The method of selecting hard branch cuttings and treating vertical cuttings with yellow mud had the highest survival rate of 48%,and the quality of seedlings was stable.2.The classification standard of F.multiflora was established.By measuring the appearance characters of seedlings from different sources,such as seedling height,root length,stem diameter,fresh weight,leaf number and branch number,the principal component analysis combined with K-means cluster analysis was used to grade F.multiflora seedlings.The results showed that the root length was more than 4.65 cm,the fresh weight per plant was more than 2.09 g,the second seedling was between 4.65 cm,and 2.15 cm,and the fresh weight per plant was 2.09 g.Third-class seedlings:root length less than2.15 cm,fresh weight per plant less than 0.92 g,and survival rates of seedlings at all levels were 76.4%,66.4%and 64.5%,respectively.3.To explore the effects of different fertilization and cultivation density on the yield and quality of F.multiflora.The fertilization experiment designed different levels of organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and different proportion of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer mixed application.Three different cultivation densities of high(40×8 cm),medium(60×15 cm)and low(80×20 cm)ridge width and plant spacing were designed,and the yield and content of effective components were determined.The results showed that the yield of mixed application of high proportion compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer was the highest,up to 1267.0 kg/667 m~2,organic fertilizer was beneficial to the accumulation of stilbene glycoside content,compound fertilizer was beneficial to the accumulation of combined anthraquinone content,cultivation density would affect the yield of medicinal materials,but had little effect on the content of effective components,too low density would lead to the decrease of yield,and was not conducive to the increase of stilbene glycoside and anthraquinone content.4.The best harvest time of 1?2 years old F.multiflora was determined.The root samples of F.multiflora were collected continuously from April to December 2019,and the fresh weight per plant and the content of effective components were determined and statistically analyzed.the results showed that the fresh weight per plant increased slowly and then decreased,reaching the highest level of 240.09 g/plant in September.The contents of stilbene glycoside and bound anthraquinone reached the peak value of 63.18 mg/g and 3.206 mg/g respectively in October,and the peak content of free anthraquinone was 0.748mg/g in November.The change of alcohol-soluble extract content has no obvious rule,and the comprehensive score by principal component analysis is the highest in October,which can be used as the best harvest time of F.multiflora.5.The suitable drying method of F.multiflora root in the producing area was optimized.Nine different drying methods of F.multiflora root were designed to investigate the appearance character and drying time of different samples.The internal quality of F.multiflora was scored comprehensively based on AHP and entropy weight TOPSIS.The results showed that the appearance color of hot air drying samples at different temperatures was quite different from that of shade drying and sun drying.The content of stilbene glycoside and bound anthraquinone in hot air drying was higher than that in shade drying and sun drying,while the content of alcohol soluble extract was lower than that in shade drying and sun drying.the score of 50?after sun drying was the highest in the two comprehensive evaluation models,and the suitable drying degree was semi-drying.
