In this thesis, four experiments were carried out to study the effects of four alkali storage treatments on spent mushroom substrate including Ca O,Ca?OH?2,Ca O+3%urea and Ca?OH?2+3%urea for the rumen degradation rate of goats.Based on the feeding and slaughtering experiments of fattening goats with diet formula addition alkali storage on spent mushroom substratethat were conducted to study the effect of dietary formula on growth performance, slaughter performance, viscera index, blood biochemical index, carcass quality, rumen environmental parameters and rumen microbial diversity of fattening goats. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the exploitation and utilization of spent mushroom substrate fodder.Experiment 1 The effect of alkali storage on spent mushroom substrate on rumen degradation rate offattening goats. In this experiment, four kinds of alkalis were used for storageincluding Ca O,Ca?OH?2,Ca O+3%urea and Ca?OH?2+3%urea.The addition amount of each treatment base?Ca O or Ca?OH?2?was set 4 levels of 3%,4%,5%and 6%,and each level 4 Repeatedly. Two blank groups were set, blank group 1?CK?was only spent mushroom substrate, blank group 2?CKU?was spent mushroom substrate+3%urea,and alkali storage was conducted at room temperature for 30 days. The dynamic degradation rates of DM,NDF,ADF and CP were measured and analyzed at 0,4,8,12,24,48 and72 h in 6 Chuanzhong black goats with permanent rumen fistula. The result showed that the degradation rate and effective degradation rate?ED?of DM,CP,NDF and ADF at 72 h were significantly higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?.Among them,5%Ca O+3%urea compound alkali storage group has the best effect.Compared with the control CKU group, the 72 h degradation rates of DM,NDF,ADF and CP in Ca?OH?2+3%urea complex storage group increased by 13.01%?32.33%?P<0.05?,27.61%?62.88%?P<0.05?,26.14%?51.76%?P<0.05?and12.33%?20.55%?P<0.05?,respectively.Experiment 2 The effect of compound alkali storage on spent mushroom substrate fodder on production performance and blood biochemical index of fattening goat.A total of 24 Chuanzhong black goats at 6-month-old were selected with similar body weight of 20±5kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 fattening goats in each group. The control group was fed regular dietary formula without the addition of alkali storage spent mushroom substrate. In the experimental group, the compound treatment of spent mushroom substrate?5%Ca O+3%urea?was used to replace the roughage of 20%,30%and 40%in the diet formulas. The pre-feeding period was 14ds and the normal feeding period was 60ds.The results showed that:compared with the control group, the ADFI in the experimental groups increased by 5.85%?12.28%?P<0.05?;ADG in the experimental group 2 increased by 16.56%?P<0.10?;the carcass yield and back fat thickness of the experimental group 2 were increased compared with the control group, but the pre-slaughter weight, carcass weight, slaughter rate, carcass meat yield rate, bone weight, net meat weight, bone and net meat ratio were not significant difference?P>0.05?;rumen weight and rumen index in the experimental group 2were significantly higher than control group?P<0.05?;there was no significant difference in the netted stomach, netted stomach index, valve stomach index, valve stomach index, wrinkled stomach and wrinkled stomach index between the experimental groups and the control group?P>0.05?;the concentrations of TG,TC and GLU in the experimental group 2 were significantly higher than control group?P<0.05?;there were no significant differences in ALB,ALT,AST,CRE,TP,ldl-c,hdl-c,gsh-px,SOD,CAT and MDA concentrations between the experimental groups and the control group?P>0.05?;compared with the control group, the feed cost of the experimental group decreased by 6.24%?27.57%,and the net profit per sheep increased by 8.31%?69.12%.Experiment 3 The effect of compound alkali storage on spent mushroom substrate fodder on carcass quality of fattening goat. The experimental design is the same as Experiment 2.The results showed that:the meat color scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group?P<0.05?;marbling scores in the experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 were higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?;the fat color score of the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?;the amino acidscontent of carcass in the experimental groupsshowed an upword trend, but the fatty acidscontent of carcass, the p H value and shear force of the longest dorsal muscle were not significantly different from that of the control group;the carcass hygiene standards of fattening goats in the experimental group met the requirements of GB2707.Experiment 4 The effect of compound alkali storage on spent mushroom substrate fodder on rumen environmental parameters and microbial diversity of fattening goat. The experimental design is the same as Experiment 2.The results showed that:compared with the control group, the concentrations of TVFA and NH4-N in the experimental group2 increased by 44.63%?P<0.05?and 54.50%?P<0.05?,respectively,and other experimental groups showed an increasing tendency;the p H value of the experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that of the control group and other groups?P<0.05?;the starch and sucrose metabolism, cysteinemetabolism and methionine metabolismwere significantly higher than that of the control group and other groups, indicating that it could promote the rumen mass development of fattening goats, and the rumen microbial flora was diverse and stable.
