Although the production and development of China's tea industry is relatively mature,it still faces the problems of scattered tea gardens,labor shortage,and increased production costs.There is an urgent need to promote the transformation of tea industry production to modern agriculture through the circulation of tea gardens.One of the core tasks of tea garden circulation is to evaluate the quality of tea gardens.Therefore,the establishment of a tea garden quality grade evaluation index system is conducive to providing a reference basis for value evaluation of tea garden circulation and improving the scientific management of tea garden.Based on the reference index system of forest land quality and cultivated land quality,this paper uses literature reading,expert questionnaire and tea garden survey.Using analytic hierarchy process and particle swarm optimization algorithm to build tea garden quality grade evaluation index system.The main content and results of this study are as follows:1.The evaluation indexes of tea garden quality was screened.On the basis of defining the quality of the tea garden,it is selected according to previous studies,the quality of the forest land and the quality of the cultivated land.Then,according to the principles of dominance,quantification and feasibility,the experts selected 27 indicators,including meteorology,soil,topography,tea tree quality,teagarden structure and safety,as the index system for tea garden quality evaluation.2.The weight of tea garden quality grade evaluation index is determined.The questionnaire data of 132 experts were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain 5first-level indicators(meteorology(0.2211),soil(0.38),topography and landform(0.0607),tea tree quality(0.2211),tea garden structure and Security(0.1171))and the weight of 27 secondary indicators.And through SPSS24.0 correlation analysis of indicators,it can be seen that the tea garden quality grade evaluation indicators are clearly affiliated,and the indicators have a certain accuracy.3.The scoring standard of the tea garden quality grade evaluation index has been formulated.Based on the latest research results of the journal literature,and combined with “Cultivation of Tea Trees”,the scoring standards for 27 secondary indicators of tea plantation quality were initially formulated.Based on multiple expert interviews and the results of field evaluations of9 tea gardens in Anxi County,the reference criteria for the scoring of secondary indicators were finally determined.4.Establishing a tea garden quality level evaluation index system,and divided the tea garden quality levels.The tea garden quality grade evaluation index is selected,and the analytic hierarchy process and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to obtain the weight of the tea garden quality grade evaluation index,and the tea garden quality grade evaluation index scoring standard is formulated.Finally,a tea garden quality grade evaluation index system is finally constructed,and this system is used The indicators of 9 tea gardens in Anxi County were revised to classify the quality of tea gardens.5.Make policy recommendations.According to the construction and revision results of the tea garden quality grade evaluation index system,a total of four policy recommendations are proposed for building a tea garden quality grade evaluation sharing platform,establishing a third-party evaluation mechanism,promoting the standardization of the tea garden circulation market,and strengthening the sustainable development of the tea garden.
