In this paper,the culturable symbiotic bacteria isolated from the intestinal tract of the Bactrocera dorsalis were mixed with methyl eugenol to test the attraction effect of the mixture on male and female of the Bactrocera dorsalis of different ages.Under the condition of indoor no selection test and indoor selection test,the bacteria with good attractant effect were screened for outdoor attractant effect test.The main research results are as follows:1.After mixing 17 experimental intestinal strains of sarcosia ternata with methyl eugenol,the effect of the mixture on indoor selection of sarcosia male and female.The experimental results showed that 12,7 and 1 were the best attractants for the early emergence,sexual maturity and oviposition of the Bactrocera dorsalis,and the overall attractants for male and female were 52.22%,71.67% and 70.00%,respectively,and the attractants for female were 22 78%,43 89% and 34.44%,respectively.2.Based on the above research,12 intestinal strains with good attractant effect were screened out as a mixture of methyl eugenol and methy I eugenol.The experimental results showed that 12,1,and 1 had the best effect on the early emergence,sexual maturity,and oviposition of the flies respectively.The overall attraction rates of male and female insects were 8.83%,8.67%,12.00%,and 3.67%,7.17%,and 6.33%,respectively.3.On the basis of the above studies,6 intestinal strains with good attractant effect were selected and mixed with methyl eugenol to test their selective inducing effect on the outdoor of Bactrocera dorsalis at different development stages.,the experimental results showed that 7 at beginning of the feather,sexual maturity,spawning Bactrocera dorsalis lure effect after all is the best,both male and female worm lure the overall rate of 11.00%,17.67% and 19.00%,respectively,The rates of attraction to females were 6.17%,9.33% and 11.67%,respecively.4.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis of the bacteriological fluids of the dominant strains(7),revealed that 7 was mainly composed of 55 volatile components,including benzaldehyde,ethyl acetate,2,5-dimethylpyrazine and 1-butanol,with the contents of 55.56%,8.56%,6.65% and 5.63% respectively.
