This study is based on the soil conditions in Aeolian Sandy areas,the effects of different kinds and concentrations of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in peanut root,stem,leaf,yield and quality,and the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil after harvest were studied,probe into the fertilizer proportion of saving fertilizer and high efficiency.The experiment was conducted on 16 plots of peanut variety No.30 in Fuhua Sandy land by topdressing different N,NK compound fertilizer and K fertilizer.The biological indexes of root,stem and leaf of peanut in different periods,including Total N,total P,total K,yield and quality of peanut in bumper harvest,including yield,100 fruit weight,100 kernel weight,kernel yield,protein,fat,oleic acid,linoleic acid and sucrose,the contents of alkali-hydrolyzed N,total N,available P,Total P,available K and Total K were determined to provide basis for planting peanut in sand-blown area.The results showed that different fertilization treatments could significantly increase the contents of available N,total N,available P,available K and Total K in soil.The content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were at the middle and high level,and the content of available potassium was at the very low level.The content of N,P,K in the roots,stems and leaves of peanut was significantly increased and the growth of peanut was promoted under different fertilization treatments.Different fertilization treatments could improve the yield and quality of peanut,and different fertilization treatments could produce different effects.The effect of potassium fertilizer on the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid was weak.The content of peanut fat decreased with the increase of fertilizer.The results showed that different fertilization treatments could meet the demand of N,P,K in different periods,improve the yield and quality of peanut and maintain the content of N,P,K in soil.The effect of comprehensive fertilization was N5 treatment,NK2 treatment,K5 treatment.The thesis has 52 pictures,3 tables and 82 references.
