Agricultural film mulching technology has the functions of retaining water and moth and improving the drought resistance of crops.It is an irreplaceable cultivation method for high and stable yields in cold and low rainfall areas.Qinghai Province has a large mulch planting area,covering potato,corn,rape and other major crops.Residual membrane recovery in Qinghai Province is mostly based on manual picking,supplemented by mechanized picking.Residual film recovery has problems such as improper mechanized technology,poor adaptability to machinery,poor operating performance,and low level of mechanized residual film recovery.In order to introduce residual film recovery equipment suitable for the operating conditions of Qinghai Province and improve the recovery rate of mechanized residual film in Qinghai Province,based on the literature review and field investigation,this paper screens five types of 8 types of residual film recovery equipment to carry out residual film The comparison test of the operating performance of the recovery machine is intended to provide a certain reference for the introduction and improvement of the residual film recovery equipment suitable for Qinghai.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Investigation on the status of mulch planting and residual film recovery in Qinghai Province.The mulched planting area of Qinghai Province is 9.86×10~4hm~2.The main mulched crops are corn,rape,potato,vegetables,medicinal materials,etc.Qinghai Province's agricultural residual film recovery has the problems of large residual film retention,low degree of mechanized recovery,residual film recovery outlets,and few enterprises.Mechanized residual film recovery suitable for Qinghai Province should meet the land characteristics and planting patterns of Qinghai Province.(2)Determine the performance test plan of the implement.On the basis of full investigation,the main mulched potato and corn crops in Qinghai Province were selected as research objects,and the typical planting areas were Doba Town in Huangzhong County,Xishan Township in Huzhu County,and Bazhou Township in Minhe County.A total of 14residual film recovery machines of 8 categories in 5 categories were screened as test equipment.According to relevant national standards,productivity,cleaning rate,and production cost were determined as test indicators,and test plans for different test sites were formulated.(3)Carry out field trials.The results show that:in terms of various indicators in the potato test field,the 11MFJ-125 double lift chain reel self-unloading waste film picker and11MFJ-160 waste film picker have high pick-up rate,high production efficiency,moderate operating cost,and Stable performance,the best adaptability and operability in the actual operation,it is recommended to promote the use;1FMJ-1260 drum mulch film picker in the corn test field has a simple structure,the highest pick-up rate during the operation,high productivity,and low production costs It has the best stability and convenient film unloading.The 1CM-120 stubble residual film recovery machine has a relatively complex structure,which can collect old and finely divided mulch film,which can realize the separation of membrane impurities.It is recommended to promote the use of these two machines.(4)Suggestions.It is recommended that the residual film recovery machine increase the guide film structure to ease the blockage of soil;increase the membrane impurity separation mechanism;increase the hinge connection method to reduce the difficulty of removing the film;develop a potato harvesting and residual film recovery compound operating machine to reduce operating costs and increase productivity;Thickness,improve the tensile performance of the mulch film,reduce the crushing rate,and facilitate picking.
