Stropharia rugosoannulata has a bright color,delicious taste,rich in protein,minerals and vitamins and other nutrients,and has a certain health function.In recent years,the market demand of Stropharia rugosoannulata has been increasing and the industry has developed rapidly.However,due to the short history of large-scale cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in China and the lack of systematic technical research,the cultivation technology standard of Stropharia rugosoannulata has not been established.Therefore,there are great differences in cultivation materials,cultivation modes and management methods in different regions,resulting in low and unstable yields.According to the specific conditions in Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province,the raw materials,covering materials,inorganic nitrogen sources,inorganic salt nutrition,dominant bacteria in the bacterial bed,respiratory intensity and screening of excellent strains of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied.The main results are as follows:1.The effects of different cultivation materials,inoculations,mulching materials and soil additions on Yield and fruiting body morphology of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied.The results showed that Apple sawdust was a good raw material for cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata;the suitable inoculation amount was 5%in autumn cultivation;the suitable covering material was 75%pastoral soil?clay?+25%sawdust;and the addition of 20%humus soil in the matrix could significantly increase the fruit body yield.2.The effects of 4 kinds of inorganic salts and 6 kinds of inorganic nitrogen on the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied.The results showed that MgSO4and?NH4?2HPO4 could significantly increase the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata.The suitable dosage was 0.56%and 0.11%of the dry weight of the matrix,respectively.3.Eighteen dominant bacteria were isolated from the cultivation substrate,and the effects of different bacterial strains on the yield and morphology of fruiting bodies of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied.Among them,bacteria X8 and G10 had a significant effect on the yield,which could increase the yield by more than 30%.4.Respiratory intensity of Stropharia rugosoannulata at different growth stages was measured.The results showed that the respiratory intensity of Stropharia rugosoannulata during mycelial growth stage increased with the prolongation of culture time,and reached the highest level at the stage of fruiting body formation,and then gradually decreased.5.Four excellent strains?1-9-30,2-9-2F2,1-7-30,1-14-1?were selected from 30hybrid strains.
