Stropharia rugoso-annulata is nutrient-rich, tender meat, delicious taste.Field and forest planting high yield, individual large, good quality, but it is difficult to form a stable supply of the anniversary, therefore, to study industrial production technology to improve production efficiency, effective way to achieve a balanced market supply.In this paper, mainly from the aspect of inorganic nutrients, predominant bacteria, casing materials were systematically studied. The main results are as follows:1. With the amount of mycelium as index, This research has pinpointed the optimum inoculated quantity, inoculum type, cultivation materials, soil application amount.2. The effects of 8 kinds of inorganic salts and 8 kinds of inorganic nitrogen on the mycelium growth of the Stropharia rugoso-annulata were studied. The results showed that KH2PO4 was the most significant promoting effect, followed by MgSO4, and the CON2H4 effect was the worst.3. The trial build an optimization model of Stropharia rugoso-annulata nutrition additiveby using quadratic general rotary unitized design.The best combination is MgSO4 1.0275g·kg-1,KH2PO4 2.3049 g·kg-1,NH4 Cl 0.50 g·kg-1,NH4H2PO4 0.50 g·kg-1.The amount ofmycelium to reach the maximum value 12.12 g·d-1.4. The dominant bacteria were isolated and identified in the soil of Stropharia rugoso-annulata, including 8 strains of bacteria and 13 strains of nitrogen fixing bacteria.There was a significant effect of increasing the amount of the mycelium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata,Including X-3, X-13, X-14, X-24 four strains of bacteria and G-12, G-16 two strains of nitrogen fixing bacteria.The trial build an optimization model of dominant bacteria dosage by using the four elements quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design.The results showed when added X-13=29.58 mL·kg-1,X-14=32.20 mL·kg-1,G-12=26.40 mL.kg-1,G-16=30.94 mL.kg-1,The amount of mycelium to reach the maximum value 13.89 g.d-1.5. Box plant under conditions of garden soil, humus added in amounts of 25% and 15%, fruiting early, high yield. Using fungus chaff and garden soil(mass ratio 1:5) as the casing material, each containing 4 kg coverage when higher yield.
