Pepper(Capsicum spp.)for a year or perennials,belongs to the solanaceae chili belongs in the taxonomy,as a kind of contemporary people are very like eating a vegetable,the processing methods of very diverse,either for cooking table and accessories,can also be made by food processing all kinds of pepper products,is the important raw material for extracting capsaicin and Capsicum red pigment.China's annual planting area of pepper about 40% of the world's total pepper sown area,is the world's largest pepper producer and consumer.Pepper accounted for12% of China's vegetable planting area,pepper production of 40 million tons,pepper and related products output value of more than 100 billion yuan.Capsaicin,sugar,vitamins,flavonoids,carotenoids,organic acids and volatile metabolites are abundant in capsaicin fruit,which is an important source of vitamins and carotenoids in people's diet.Capsaicin is an important quality character of capsaicin fruit and has many biological functions.As Capsicum genome sequenced and capsaicin biosynthetic pathway,capsaicin synthesis methods of functional gene research gradually thorough,but the capsaicin synthesis genes research remains to be deepened,therefore,this study to spicy Indian devil pepper varieties(Capsicum chinense)as test materials,choose different development period of the fruit of the transcriptome sequencing,hope that through sequencing analysis,mining development and fruit quality of differentially expressed genes,and then select capsaicin biosynthesis regulation genes,to study the biosynthesis of capsaicin transcription regulation to provide resources.The research results are as follows:1.A total of 897 differentially expressed genes were screened out,including 201 up-regulated genes and 696 down-regulated genes.2.Through Go enrichment analysis,it was found that the differentially expressed genes were mainly concentrated in cell growth and binding,regulating enzyme catalytic activity,cell process and metabolic reaction.3.Through KEGG enrichment analysis,it was found that differential genes are enriched in photosynthesis,carbon cycle,carbon metabolism,antenna protein synthesis and other signal pathways in photosynthesis.4.DEGs annotated 137 transcription factors,including MYB,ERF,AP2 and other types;5.The experiment based on high-throughput transcriptome sequencing,subject to the indicators of pepper extract cyanine nucleoside synthesis pathways regulate gene 3,9 capsaicin synthesis pathways related genes,pepper growth related gene 45,in order to further provide evidence for the research of gene function and gene cloning,helps to transform the devil pepper quality traits,to study the regulation of secondary metabolites in the devil pepper.
