In the process of soil erosion control, soil and water conservation technologies have played an important role. The implementation of soil and water conservation technology not only significantly improved the ecological environment, but also had a great impact on the local economic and social development. Therefore, research on soil and water conservation technologies and related issues has never ceased. However, there are still some problems in the current research, such as incomplete evaluation system, unclear relationship and its path of action between soil and water conservation technology and its direct target-ecology and economic system(producers are directly concerned with agricultural resources and agricultural industry),which lead to the low adaptability of soil and water conservation technology selection in different regions. Therefore, taking this as the main line of research and taking Xiannangou watershed as an example which is a typical representative watershed of the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau, this paper evaluated the suitability of soil and water conservation technologies and analyzed the interaction among soil and water conservation technology, agricultural industry and resources, and clarified the path and strength of water and soil conservation technology on the agricultural industry resource system, with a view to provide reference for the assessment of soil and water conservation technology and the formulation of implementation plans.(1)Referring to the evaluation system of soil and water conservation technology constructed by the research group, the current soil and water conservation technology in Xiannangou watershed was evaluated using the method of combination of AHP and Logistic regression models. The evaluation result of soil and water conservation technology in Xiannangou watershed was "suitable",and its suitability index was 4.1(the calculation results based on the first, second and third level indexes were 4.1671,4.1057 and 4.0947 respectively),among which the technology suitability was the highest. This result made it clear that in the selection of soil and water conservation technology, the suitability of the technology should be satisfied first, and the suitability of technology could be considered as a veto indicator. This result was consistent with reality, and at the same time validated the rationality of the soil and water conservation technology evaluation system established by the research group.(2)Using the VAR model, this paper analyzed the sequence data of soil and water conservation technology, agricultural industry and agricultural resources evolution process in Xiannangou watershed from 2000 to 2016.Results showed: soil and water conservation technology, agricultural industry and agricultural resources constituted a two-way causal relationship. The relationship between the three fluctuated significantly in the early stage and produced a negative effect, but as the number of lag periods increased, the negative effect gradually weakened and showed signs of converging toward 0.The main reason was that the initial stage of implementation of soil and water conservation technology obstructed the agricultural industry and resources. With the application and implementation of soil and water conservation technologies, the manifestation of technical benefits, and the improvement of farmers' ideological awareness, this negative effect gradually weakened. The biggest influence factor of soil and water conservation technology was technology itself;the biggest influence factor of agricultural industry was the application of soil and water conservation technology;the biggest influence factor of agricultural resources was the application of soil and water conservation technology in the early stage and in the later stage was the development of agricultural industry. It showed that the development of agricultural industry and the utilization of resources were inseparable from the application of soil and water conservation technologies.(3)Using SEM model, the path and intensity of the action of soil and water conservation technology and agricultural industry resource system were defined through the analysis of the survey data of 130 households in 2017.Soil and water conservation technology formed a coupling system with the ecological environment, agricultural resources and agricultural industry.Soil and water conservation technology could promote the improvement of ecological environment and the increase of agricultural resources, and inhibit the development of agricultural industry, but the current action intensity was weak(the path coefficient of soil and water conservation technology to the three is 0.13,0.08,-0.02 respectively). This was because the large-scale control had been basically completed in Xiannangou watershed,so the weak intensity of the impact of soil and water conservation technology on the agricultural industry resource system was based on the weak intensity of soil and water loss control and effective play of control measures.(4)The soil and water loss control of Xiannangou watershed was in the transformation period from "extension control" to "intentional control".The existing soil and water conservation technology system cannot fully meet the needs of ecological civilization construction and economic development in the new era.It needs to research and develop soil and water conservation technology suitable for the development of Xiannangou watershed, and form an adaptive soil and water conservation technology system based on the needs of ecological civilization construction, rural revitalization strategy, and lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets in the new era, around community optimization, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
