| Based on the grassland degradation in Inner Mongolia caused by different reasons,in xiwuzhumuqin banner of xilingol league,a moderately degraded meadow grassland caused by mowing was selected in May 2017,and 6 types of treatment samples were set up,including organic fertilizer application,root cutting,soil loosening,root cutting + organic fertilizer application,soil loosening + organic fertilizer application,and control.During the peak period of biomass from late July to early August every year from 2017 to 2019,vegetation and soil in each plots were investigated,and the effects of different measures on vegetation and soil in degraded meadow grasslands were analyzed,so as to explore the restoration effect of different measures on degraded meadow grasslands.The main results are as follows:1.The above-ground biomass of vegetation increases year by year in each plots,and soil loosening + organic fertilizer application can significantly increase the above-ground biomass of vegetation.The above-ground biomass of each plots was higher in 2019 than in 2018 and 2017.The plant community height of each plots is significantly higher in 2019 than in 2017.2.From the perspective of plant functional characters,organic fertilizer application and soil loosening can promote the recovery of dominant plant species in degraded meadow steppe.The indexes of plant height,leaf length and leaf number per plant were the highest in the organic fertilizer application sample plot.The biomass of individual stem,stem diameter and biomass of single plant of Stipa baicalensis and Artemisia tanacetifolia were the highest in the soil loosening sample plot.3.Compared with single treatment,compound treatment can improve soil bulk density and soil water content.The soil bulk density was the lowest in soil loosening + organic fertilizer application sample plot and root cutting + organic fertilizer application sample plot.The highest soil moisture content was in soil loosening + organic fertilizer application sample plot.4.The organic fertilizer application and root cutting + organic fertilizer application have a great influence on the composition of soil bacteria and fungus community.The composition of fungus community in the organic fertilizer application sample plots was the most different from that in the control sample plot,and the composition of soil bacteria community in the root cutting + organic fertilizer application sample plots was the most different from that in the control sample plot.The diversity of soil bacteria and fungi is correlated with vegetation biomass and soil physical and chemical properties. |
