In agricultural practice,organic fertilizers can not only provide sufficient nutrients to crops,but also regulate soil microbial activity to a certain extent,and effectively prevent soil infectious diseases.According to incomplete statistics,the total scale of organic fertilizer production in Yunnan Province in recent years has reached more than 6 million tons per year,and the crop area using commercial organic fertilizer has reached about 3 million mu.With the promotion of conservation tillage technology,the application of commercial organic fertilizer will increase significantly.Therefore,Yunnan urgently needs a deep-pine fertilizer applicator for commercial organic fertilizer.In this paper,the characteristic parameters of a commercial organic fertilizer are determined through actual experiments,providing basic parameters for theoretical design,combined with simulation analysis to detect the effect of fertilizer discharge,and a deep pine fertilizer applicator suitable for the mountainous terrain of Yunnan is designed and processed.Finally,the deep pine fertilizer application is verified through field experiments Machine operation effect.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Determination of geometric parameters(three-dimensional size,sphericity),physical parameters(true density,bulk density,porosity and water content)and mechanical parameters(static friction coefficient,rolling friction coefficient,elastic modulus,Poisson)of organic fertilizer particles Ratio and collision recovery coefficient).(2)The whole machine design of deep loosening fertilizer spreader.The biggest innovation of this subject is that the fertilizer distributor device adopts the cutting section-variable diameter and variable pitch spiral blade,the transmission section-equal diameter and equal pitch spiral blade,and the cutting section-double pitch spiral blade to ensure that the granular fertilizer is in the fertilizer discharge barrel At the same time smooth movement can meet the actual amount of fertilization.(3)Simulation analysis.The discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate and analyze the movement process of the granular fertilizer in the fertilizer discharger to explore the movement rule of the fertilizer particles.(4)Make prototypes,field trials.Check the overall working performance of the deep pine fertilizer spreader.Investigate the relationship between the number of pitches in the variable-diameter and variable-pitch section of the deep pine fertilizer spreader,the rotation speed of the fertilizer release shaft and the stability of the amount of fertilizer,and thequalification rate of the deep pine fertilizer spreading and fertilization.The test results showed that when the number of pitches of the shaft of the deep pine fertilizer spreader was 3,the coefficient of variation of the stability of the fertilizer output was6.93%-7.5%,the qualified rate of the depth of fertilizer application was 80%,The pass rate is87%,which fully meets industry standards.
