| The core problems faced by China’s agricultural family management: the decentralized, fragmented small-scale operation brought about the uneconomic scale, and the resulting inefficiency caused by the lack of division of labor. After the reform of forestry property rights, the land is fragmented. In the case of continuous labor export, the “weak” labor force is difficult to support the development of forestry in the direction of large-scale operation. From "land scale operation" to "service scale operation" is an important transformation path of China’s agricultural modernization management mode. Therefore, based on the theory of scale economy, farmer behavior theory and division of labor theory, this paper constructs an analysis framework of“farmer endowment-interest orientation-behavior choice”,using 800 sample farmers from Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.Data, using OLS estimation and multi-probit model, from the farmer’s factor endowment flow and matching as the entry point,to explore the mechanism of farmer’s production link service outsourcing and outsourcing behavior decision-making,and further analyze the farmer’s service outsourcing willingness to behavior based on scale differentiation The difference in decision making leads to the following conclusions:(1)From the point of view of human resources endowment, the number of agricultural laborers and the degree of labor transfer have an incentive effect for farmers to choose forestry socialized service behavior. From the perspective of forest resource endowment, the convenience of forest land fragmentation and forest land management inhibits farmers from choosing forestry social service behavior. In addition, whether there is forestry subsidies, the village’s economic level, and the proportion of forestry income to total income will promote the farmers’ choice of socialized services.Difficulties encountered in operating production will encourage farmers to transfer business risks through social services.Whether the harvesting index is difficult and the operating funds are derived from the self-owned funds will inhibit the farmers’ choice of service behavior.(2)There is a big difference in the degree of adoption of different services by farmers. There is a certain gap between farmers’ willingness to demand and behavior, and it is necessary to classify and guide farmers to make production decisions. The proportion of forestry income to total income, labor force, and whether forestry subsidies have a positive impact on the willingness of forestry operators, ordinary farmers and large forestry service outsourcing will turn to behavior;and the degree of forestry fragmentation and harvesting indicators are difficult for retail investors and ordinary farmers. The willingness to turn to service demand turns to a greater negative impact. On this basis, provide scientific advice for improving the socialized service system of forestry. |
