Wheat powdery mildew has always been the main factor affecting the wheat yield in China.After infected with wheat powdery mildew,a large area of wheat will spread and it is not easy to control,often resulting in greatly reduced or even lost wheat yield.Meteorological information is closely related to the occurrence of wheat powdery mildew.This paper studies the key technologies of wheat flour disease and meteorological information monitoring management system by combining the Internet of things technology,image detection technology and WEB development technology.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.General design of wheat flour disease and meteorological information monitoring management system.In this paper,combined with the principle of Internet of things technology and the actual needs of users,the overall design of wheat flour disease and meteorological information monitoring and management system is carried out.2.An image detection algorithm for wheat powdery mildew spore was designed and implemented.In this paper,the wheat powdery mildew spore image detection algorithm based on improved YOLOv3 was designed.According to the characteristics of small data sets,a network structure with dense connections and fewer parameters was improved on the basis of the original network structure,which avoided the occurrence of over-fitting and improved the reuse of features.According to the characteristics of wheat powdery mildew spore small target,the original prediction scale was improved to make it more suitable for the detection of small target in this paper.The experimental results show that the accuracy and recall of the proposed algorithm are 79.63% and 83.21% respectively.3.The information management subsystem for data acquisition and information management is designed and implemented.The data acquisition module designs the system communication and transmission software respectively on different hardware platforms,and USES network communication to send the collected wheat powdery mildew spore image data and meteorological data from the collection client to the receiving server for storage.Then,the B/S architecture information management software development was completed under the node.js platform.Users can access the system software through the browser at any time and anywhere,and view and query meteorological information and wheat powdery mildew spore image information,image detection and remote control of equipment and other operations.4.Perform functional and performance tests on the system.Firstly,the key function points of each part of the system are tested,and then the system performance is analyzed by simulating virtual users with corresponding system performance analysis tools.
