Study On Cultivation Of Vocational Quality Of Animal Husbandry And Veterinary Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of modern animal husbandry,animal husbandry and veterinary personnel are in serious shortage,the structure is unbalanced,and the students’ professional quality is not enough to meet the requirements of the employer,so it is in urgent need of reform.In this paper,the research is carried out in accordance with the technical route of proposing,analyzing and solving problems.Relevant information is collected through literature research such as school library and Internet,combined with field observation,etc.Through literature analysis,comparative analysis,qualitative analysis and other methods,the gaps of current research are found to ensure the innovation of this research.Firstly,the concept,characteristics,practical application and related theoretical support of vocational quality of students majoring in animal husbandry and Veterinary in higher vocational colleges are introduced.Then,the present situation,problems and causes of vocational quality of students majoring in animal husbandry and veterinary in higher vocational colleges were investigated from the aspects of students’ learning practice,professional attitude,professional spirit and personal career development intention,and the questionnaire results were statistically analyzed and discussed.Again,from the student enrollment,the universities,the teacher three aspects to explore the reason of the influence of animal husbandry and veterinary students professional quality and basic mastered the complex features of students’ professional quality,and further study the implementation of students’ vocational quality training needs to improve is comparatively backward teaching concept,teaching system,student management mechanism is not perfect.Through the study found that to effectively solve the problem of philosophy,must learn from the professional quality and practice,professional attitude,professional spirit affinity ability to ascend,mainly focus on cultivating students’ practice skills,entrepreneurship,employment and innovation ability,pay attention to market demand,perfecting the course system,the professional quality education into effect.
