With the improvement of people's living standards, green pollution-free livestock and poultry products have been more and more recognized by the public, and it has become an inevitable trend to produce safe,non-drug and pollution-free green products. With the increasing stress caused by the development of the aquaculture industry, especially oxidative stress(OS),it will make attenuated drugs become virulent, make feed utilization worse, make drug treatment ineffective, and make the lesions heavier. The course of disease is lengthened.Research on disease-resistant nutrition or stress nutrition is on the rise, which gives new meaning to anti-stress technology. In this study, pigs at different stages were selected to study the effects of adding exogenous catalase on the growth performance, immune performance and reproductive performance of pigs. The purpose was to find a scientific basis for safe, efficient and environmentally friendly pig green feed additives. It provides a theoretical reference for the application of catalase in pig production and is of great significance to pig production practice. And we obtained the following conclusions:1.In the study of the effect of catalase on the growth performance of weaned piglets, the 128 healthy 28-day-old weaned Duchangda similar body weight(approximately 7kg),were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups according to the principle of similar body weight and 1/2 of male and female.4 replicates per treatment group,8 pigs per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the rats in groups 1,2,and 3 were added with 0.05%,0.1%,and 0.15% catalase in the basal diet. The results showed that the average test weight of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),which was 0.53 kg,1.46 kg,and 1.01 kg higher than the control group. The average daily gain was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the test group 2 and the 3 group was significant(p<0.05),and the daily gain was increased by 9.26% and 7.41%,respectively.The ratio of meat to meat and diarrhea decreased, and the difference was significant(p<0.05).2.In the study of the effects of catalase on the immune performance and intestinal morphological structure of weaned piglets,24 Duchangda weaned piglets with good health and half male and female were selected, which were similar according to age, weight and sex.The principle is randomly divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 3 repetitions, each repetition of 4 heads(2 males and 2 females). The test group added 0.1% catalase to the diet;the control group was the basal diet group, and no preparation was added to the diet. The basal diets of the two groups were the same. The results showed that(1)compared with the control group, the lymphocyte transformation rate, immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)of the piglets in the experimental group increased, which was extremely significant. The lymphocyte transformation rate of weaned piglets was increased(P<0.01),and the contents of IgG and IgM were significantly increased(P<0.01).The glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, protein coefficient and urea nitrogen of the experimental group increased. The contents of glucose, total protein, albumin and urea nitrogen were significantly increased(P<0.01);the protein coefficient was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the addition of catalase to the diet could improve the immune performance of weaned piglets.(2)The test group significantly increased the duodenal villus height, crypt depth and villus height/crypt depth(P<0.01)in weaned piglets;it also significantly increased the villus height of the jejunum and the villus height of the ileum(P<0.01);also significantly increased the content of lactic acid bacteria in the colon and decreased the content of E.coli(P <0.01);significantly increased ileal villus height / crypt depth(0.01 < P <0.05).3.When studying the effects of the addition of catalase on the lactation performance of lactating sows.56 male sows with similar genetic background, similar body conditions and close maternity(2nd to 3rd fetuses)were selected and randomly divided into 2 treatment groups according to parity, body weight and sensation(control group and 0.1% added).Catalase),28 sows per group. The test period is 21 days after delivery of the sow. Each sow takes 7-8 heads. The lactation sows, milk composition,21-day-old backfat loss, piglet weight and serum antioxidant index were measured. The difference between the control group and the experimental group was not significant(P>0.05),indicating that the addition of catalase to the sow feed had no effect on the backfat loss of the sow(p>0.05).However,compared with the control group, the milk protein content of the test group was significantly increased on the 10 th day of lactation(P<0.05);the lactose and milk fat content did not change significantly(P>0.05),the milk protein of the 21 st day of lactation There was no significant change in milk fat and lactose content. The results showed that the addition of catalase to the diet of lactating sows could improve the milk composition, increase the production of milk protein, lactose and milk fat,and improve the growth performance of lactating piglets. The plasma T-AOC of the sows in the experimental group increased and the MDA content decreased(P<0.05),indicating that catalase increased the total antioxidant capacity of sow plasma, reduced the degree of lipid peroxidation in sows, and improved the ability of sows to resist oxidative damage;the weight of piglets brought by sows at the beginning of the experiment There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).However,when the piglets were weaned at 21 days of age,the weaning weight of the piglets in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).4.When catalase was added to the diet to explore its effect on the reproductive performance of pregnant sows,72 pregnant sows were selected and randomly divided into two groups to form a typical control trial, with 0.1% added respectively.Addition of catalase and conventional materials without any peroxidase preparation, and then collect data on the number of live embryos, live embryo weight, litter size, number of litter, and primary weight in 35 days of pregnancy. The results showed that there was no difference in the number of ovulations, but the survival rate of total embryos was 14.28% higher than that of group B.The live embryo weight of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The survival rate of viable embryos in group A was 21.43% higher than that of group B.From the average birth weight and average birth weight, group B was better than A.Significant difference(P<0.05);group A showed obvious poor uniformity of primary nest(–0.162kg),average primary weight was light(–0.084kg/head);indicating that catalase can prevent exogenous fertility of sow herd Low-grade syndrome,by promoting the endogenous synthesis of arginine, increasing the litter size and birth weight of the animal litter, enhancing the fecundity of the sow, clearing the toxin interference state of the sow herd, continuously maintaining the high PSY level of the sow herd, and releasing the mother The oxidative stress state of pigs maintains the subsequent high level of MSY and adds value to the original benefits.
