China is short of water resources,the traditional irrigation equipment is single,the way is extensive,the waste of water resources is more serious,so it needs reasonable irrigation.The automatic irrigation system is of great significance to alleviate the shortage of water resources,expand the irrigation area,save labor and improve the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture in China.At present,some sprinkling irrigation systems are mainly designed according to the environment of foreign farms,with high cost and complex installation and maintenance process,which are not suitable for use in China.At present,the cost of sprinkler irrigation equipment manufactured and used in our country is relatively low,but most of them are manual control systems based on common relays,which are difficult to debug and maintain,not high in sensitivity and automation,and many of them can not be automatically controlled and can not realize remote communication.On the basis of the existing irrigation system,the system is designed to achieve fine control,irrigation on demand,with the characteristics of multi-channel control,timing work,etc.manual and automatic control modes can be set according to the needs,saving manpower and material resources,reducing the installation and maintenance costs of the irrigation system,and improving the reliability of the system work.This project is based on the user board development system of USR-Wifi 232 control module.The LAN control adopts AP and sta mode,and controls the relay status and information upload through the serial port.The user board system uses Wifi network as the bearing platform to realize the connection between serial devices and control system.Based on the advantages of Wifi network,such as convenient connection,easy encryption,relay equipment,etc.,through the Internet of things information sensing system,real-time collection of soil and atmospheric temperature and humidity information,while using remote computer,mobile application software and other ways to remotely view information,control the opening and closing of irrigation system,so as to achieve automatic collection of information and timing control and other functions.This system can simplify the hardware structure,improve the reliability,reduce the failure rate,increase the flexibility,and is suitable for many kinds of environments.In addition,the system can adapt to a variety of operation modes by adding corresponding equipment on the basis of the original irrigation system hardware,especially in the small pump station of the farmland water conservancy system,it can realize unattended or semi unattended,save the system cost,and has a broad application prospect and practical value.
