The progress of intelligent technology drives the joint development of many industries,and the trend of agricultural modernization is increasingly significant.Agricultural plant protection as an important part of agricultural production,farmers pay more and more attention to it.There are various types of agricultural plant protection products,which are divided into five types: backpack type,self-propelled type,environmental protection type,other types,and plant protection UAV.The service areas of different types of products are inconsistent with crops.Because of China's vast territory and diversified topography,the application of agricultural plant protection products in different regions has a great relationship with the local topography and crops.Based on the investigation of agricultural plant protection products,it is concluded that there are many deficiencies in the design of agricultural plant protection products,and there is no systematic design strategy and design model.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a design system suitable for the design of agricultural plant protection products to provide new ideas for the design and development of agricultural plant protection products.As a mature design guidance theory,ergonomics has a long history of development and a wide range of research fields,including agriculture,forestry,industry,operation space,etc.At the same time,the theory has a mature design process and method.As a part of the agricultural system,agricultural plant protection products can be designed and guided by ergonomics as a design theory.The research methods of this paper include literature research,investigation,data analysis and so on.First of all,through literature research,we can get the theoretical research,current situation and relationship between agricultural plant protection products and ergonomics;secondly,we can sort out the key points of ergonomics theory,analyze the products and users of agricultural plant protection products according to the key points,and output the design points of different types of products;then,we can get the results from human vision,human dimension,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch,human touch Based on the analysis of hearing and environment,this paper constructs the design strategy,design factor model and design method model of agricultural plant protection products to guide the design of agricultural plant protection products.Finally,according to the intelligent development direction of agricultural 4.0,this paper selects agricultural plant protection UAVs for design practice,focuses on the design of agricultural plant protection UAV products and service platform,and then uses usability test scores The core tasks and user scenarios are analyzed to verify the feasibility and extensibility of the design strategy and design model,so as to provide reference design guidance for the field design of agricultural plant protection products.To sum up,this paper discusses the guiding role of ergonomics in the design of agricultural plant protection products from two aspects of theory and practice,constructs the design strategy and design model of agricultural plant protection products,provides the thinking angle for the existing design of agricultural plant protection products,promotes the design progress and development in this field,and finally designs the best products in line with the human machine environment system.
