Xinjiang is the main province where safflowers are grown,and safflower production also occupies the first place in the country.Due to the short growth cycle of safflowers,safflower buds are easy to handle,and the requirements for safflower harvesting are relatively high.In addition,the safflower harvest season coincides with the tomato and cotton harvest periods,requiring a lot of labor costs.In view of the current low harvesting efficiency of safflower,which mainly relies on manual picking,this research group proposes a harvesting scheme for the comb-type safflower harvester.Based on this scheme,a hydraulic power system is designed in this paper,aiming to better Control the lifting and picking head operation of the comb-clamp safflower harvester to ensure the reliable performance of the comb-clamp safflower harvester.This paper designs and researches the hydraulic power system of the comb-type safflower harvester.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the research on the current situation of safflower harvesters at home and abroad,the development status of agricultural machinery hydraulic power system has also been analyzed and studied.The current safflower harvesting mainly depends on manual harvesting.Based on a comb-clamp type safflower harvesting scheme,the hydraulic power system of the comb-clamp type safflower harvester was designed and studied,and it was determined that one hydraulic motor was arranged on each side of the harvesting device to drive 8 picking heads through sprocket transmission Work to provide reliable hydraulic power to the harvester.(2)According to the research on the characteristics of safflower,the relationship between the height of safflower balls and the spatial distribution is obtained.From the statistical results,the maximum height of safflower plants is 105 cm,the minimum height is 71 cm,and the maximum range of vertical distribution of fruits is 56 cm,the maximum range of horizontal distribution of fruit balls is 62cm;according to the analysis of the work requirements of the comb-type safflower harvester,combined with the design principles of the hydraulic power system,formulate the overall design plan,establish the basic circuit of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic motor;finally formulate Hydraulic system control circuit.By analyzing the overall structure and working principle of the comb-type safflower harvester,the components in the hydraulic power system are analyzed,the stroke size and other parameters of the hydraulic cylinder are designed,and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is determined to be 350 mm,The extension hole distance is 1000 mm.(3)According to the determined hydraulic power system scheme,combined with the requirements of the design requirements,working environment,stress analysis,kinematics analysis,performance requirements and other aspects of the comb-type safflower harvester,the hydraulic power system is carried out Specific parameter design and matching;according to the working requirements of the comb-type safflower harvester for lifting,parameter calculation and selection of hydraulic cylinders,the final selection of the model is HSG D80 / d50 / 350 double-acting piston cylinder;The requirements of the working part of the picking head of the harvesting device on the hydraulic power system determine the type and specific parameters of the hydraulic motor.It must not only meet the working requirements of the harvester,but also consider the economy and space structure and installation size.The final choice is BMR-200 hydraulic motor.(4)According to the designed hydraulic power system of the comb-type safflower harvester,AMEsim software is used for modeling and simulation,and according to the specific hydraulic power system composition and hydraulic power system principle,suitable components are selected in the HCD library for After the modeling is completed,a mathematical model is established for each module in the sub-model mode.According to the design requirements of the hydraulic power system of the comb-type safflower harvester,global parameters are set to specify the batch operation;For the specific working requirements of the receiver,set the simulation time to 25 s and the simulation interval to 0.1 s.The flow rate will be kept at23.5 L / min at the hydraulic cylinder port,and the hydraulic cylinder will run smoothly at a speed of0.0875 m / s.The flow rate of the hydraulic motor is 40.3 L / min,and the torque of the hydraulic motor is stable at 56 N / m,which verifies the rationality of the selection.(5)By testing the relevant parameters of the hydraulic power system of the comb-type safflower harvester,the real performance data of the hydraulic power system is obtained;by comparing the test data and the simulation data,it can be seen that the test and simulation data are relatively close,which verifies the design Reasonable;the hydraulic power system can meet the requirements of harvesting work,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of the comb-type safflower harvester.
