| Cultivated land is an important land resource.Affected by factors such as urban development and construction, natural disasters and adjustment of agricultural structure, the number of cultivated land in our country has continued to reduce, the quality of cultivated land has continued to decline, and the ecological environment has been deteriorating.Developing and reorganizing of the cultivated land, reducing the internal contradictions of cultivated land, and improving the utilization efficiency of cultivated land are the inevitable choices to ensure food security and maintain national, social stability under the new normal of social and economic transformation and upgrading. In the background of overall urban and rural development, functional values such as cultivated land ecological services and landscape services have become increasingly prominent.During the comprehensive improvement of cultivated land quality,it has also comprehensively changed from increasing the comprehensive capacity to improving ecological environment and landscape effects. It is of great significance to analyze and study the potential of multifunctional remediation of cultivated land. This study took Jiutai District as the research object, and built a multi-functional comprehensive evaluation system of cultivated land from three aspects: the function of crop production, ecological maintenance and farmland landscape. The improved FAHP-Entropy weighting method was used to determine the index weight, analyze the ideal and actual improvement levels of cultivated land renovation, and establish a potential measurement model to measure the ideal and actual potential. The area weighting method and spatial autocorrelation method were used to analyze the spatial pattern and distribution characteristics of the ideal and actual potential for multi-functional farmland improvement at the township and village level.Based on this, the restricted function analysis was performed, the potential areas for improvement were divided and the remediation sequence was determined. Finally, suggestions for remediation measures on different functional constraints were put forward to provide reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of cultivated land in Jiutai District in the later period,to strengthen the protection of cultivated land and to improve the comprehensive quality of cultivated land. The main conclusions obtained through research are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the FAHP weighting method and the Entropy weighting method, the improved FAHP-Entropy weighting method was adopted to obtain the index weights, and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient was introduced for compatibility comparison. The results showed the superiority of the improved FAHP–Entropy method.(2)In terms of quantitative structure, the multifunctional comprehensive index of Jiutai District was higher than the regional average level at the township and village level, and the comprehensive quality was better at the village level. In terms of spatial distribution, the multifunctional composite index was more evenly distributed at the township level, while the spatial distribution was unbalanced at the village level. The overall characteristics were low in the southeast and high in the west with uneven distribution of local strength, and had strong spatial correlation and obvious regional characteristics.(3)Combined with land improvement, the improvement range of ideal and actual levels of modifiable factors was determined, the ideal and practical potential of multi-functional cultivation of cultivated land was estimated, and correlation analysis was performed.Under the global autocorrelation analysis, the ideal and practical potential of multi-functional cultivation of cultivated land in township and village level showed positive correlations, but the village-level correlation was stronger.Under local autocorrelation, the township and village levels were more consistent in spatial distribution, being characterized by high in the east and low in the west, with a concentrated distribution in general.(4)The functional dominant limits of 310 administrative villages in the study area were all less than 20%.According to the restriction spectrum order, three dominant functional limits were determined in Jiutai District, and the area distribution was as follows: food production function restrictions> farmland landscape function restrictions> ecological maintenance function restrictions.Functional restrictions were mainly food production function.(5)According to the potential distribution characteristics, the cultivated land was divided into cultivated land potential enhancement I level area(HH type),cultivated land potential improvement II level area(HL and LH type),cultivated land potential improvement III level area(LL type),and cultivated land potential improvement IV level area(NN type). The proportion of cultivated land area was Grade IV area> Grade III area> Grade I area> Grade II area.Except for the random distribution of Grade II regions, the other regions all showed a certain spatial agglomeration. The rectification sequence from near to far was divided into Grade II area(recent priority remediation area),Grade I area(mid-term key improvement area),Grade IV area(long-term improvement area),and Grade III area(arable land protection area). |
