In order to clarify the effects of different tillage methods and fertilization amount on the growth and yield of common buckwheat, this experiment used the common buckwheat variety ‘Fengtian No.1'as the experimental material, and set different farming methods and different fertilizer concentrations, and studied its effects on rhizosphere soil nutrients, root growth, agronomic traits, biomass accumulation and final yield of common buckwheat. The main results are as follows: 1.Effects of tillage methods and nitrogen application amount on growth and yield of common buckwheatThe indexes of rhizosphere soil in seedling stage, flowering stage and grain filling stage increased first and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus application rate in different tillage methods, while the ammonium content in mature stage varied with phosphorus application rate in different tillage methods. The increase in the first increase and then increase, the available phosphorus content increased first and then decreased in no-tillage and deep tillage. The available potassium increased first and then decreased in no-tillage and constant tillage, the pH value showed an increasing trend, and the organic matter content was opposite. The regularity of rhizosphere soil index between different tillage methods was not obvious. The root length, root surface area and root volume of each period were higher than other concentrations in the same tillage mode.Under the same nitrogen fertilizer concentration, deep tillage was slightly more dominant than no-tillage and tillage. The indicators of agronomic traits and total dry matter accumulation in each period were more advantageous than other treatments with medium concentration nitrogen fertilizer and deep tillage, while root activity and yield were significantly higher than other treatments with medium concentration nitrogen fertilizer and deep tillage.Correlation analysis showed that the yield of ‘Fengtian No.1' was significantly positively correlated with the number of main stem segments, and positively positively correlated with root length, root surface area and roots. In summary, deep and medium-concentration nitrogen fertilizer treatment is more conducive to the growth and yield of sweet-sweet plants.2.Effects of tillage methods and phosphorus application amount on growth and yield of common buckwheatWith the promotion of growth period, the content of available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil decreased slightly and then increased slightly. The content of available phosphorus in flowering stage and filling stage was lower. The content of ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in rhizosphere soil at maturity stage With the increase of phosphorus application rate,it decreased first and then increased, and the content was the lowest when treated with medium concentration phosphate fertilizer. The pH of rhizosphere soil decreased with the increase of phosphorus application rate, and the organic matter content increased.Root vigor, agronomic traits and yield were basically treated with medium-concentration phosphate fertilizer higher than other treatments. The root morphology of deep tillage and constant tillage between different tillage methods in each period was better than no-tillage;the root vigor and yield were significantly higher than other treatments.Correlation analysis showed that the plant height of ‘Fengtian No.1'was significantly positively correlated with root length and surface area, and was significantly positively correlated with the number of main stems and the number of main stems. The yield was significantly positively correlated with plant height and number of main stems..In summary, deep and medium-concentration phosphate fertilizer treatment is more conducive to the growth and yield of sweet-sweet plants.3.Effects of tillage methods and potassium application amount on growth and yield of common buckwheatThe content of ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter in the rhizosphere soil of each period was the highest in the same tillage mode, and the regularity was the highest in the middle concentration of potash, obviously. The root length, root surface area and root volume of each period were mostly higher than other concentrations in the same tillage mode, while under the same potash concentration, deep tillage was slightly more dominant than no-tillage and tillage. The indicators of agronomic traits and the total dry matter accumulation in each period were more advantageous than the other treatments in the middle concentration potassium fertilizer and deep tillage, while the root vigor and yield were significantly higher than other treatments with medium concentration potassium fertilizer and deep tillage.Correlation analysis showed that the yield of ‘Fengtian No.1'was significantly positively correlated with plant height, root length, root surface area and root volume. In summary, deep tillage and medium-concentration potash treatment are more conducive to the growth and yield of sweet-sweet plants(Wang Yan et al.,2019a).
