Straw crushing is one of the key links in the comprehensive utilization of straw.The bulk density of crushed straw has increased significantly,which can effectively reduce storage and transportation costs.At present,straw is mainly used as fertilizer,fuel,feed,industrial raw material and base material in China.According to the properties of straw comprehensive utilization at this stage,straw needs to be crushed to a certain size to be further developed,which results in a low level of straw comprehensive utilization to a certain extent restricted by the technical level of straw crushing.The pulverizing cutter is the core component of the pulverizing machine.Through the study of the physicochemical properties of the straw,this paper determines the pulverizing pulverization method,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing pulverizing pulverizers,and designs a method to block the straw from entering the pulverizer.The active feeding of the chamber cross-cuts the combined V-type cutter,and the parameters and layout of the blade are optimized through experiments.The designed cutter is used to test the crushing effect of the whole machine.After analysis of the existing die-cutting shredder,modeling and simulation through Solidworks,the innovative idea of ??the shape of the tool was determined,and a combined crushing and fixed knife was designed by a V-feed cross-cutting carding knife and an end-cutting knife.Finite element analysis was performed on the V-shaped blades through the Simulation plug-in in Solidworks,and the thickness of the blades was determined to be 4mm.In the analysis of the cutting and crushing of straw straw,it was found that different V-shaped fixed blade arrangement gaps have an impact on the feeding efficiency and pulverization effect.It has a great impact.Through the reasonable design of the fixed knife arrangement spacing,the problem of horizontal material can not be effectively cut,and the consistency of the cutting size is improved.Through the three-dimensional model parameters,65 Mn is used as the tool material for physical processing.The processing technology should comply with relevant national standards,heat treatment of the finished blades to change the internal structure of the substrate,thereby increasing the performance of the tool and extending the service life.The entire surface of the cutting edge side is subjected to high-frequency hardening of 0.4mm,which increases the hardness of the cutting edgeside so that the tool has the effect of self-sharpening.A test platform with adjustable clearance between the V-shaped blade and the active feed roller and an adjustable speed of the active feed roller is set up,and a two-factor test of the arrangement of the tools is performed according to the design criteria of the rice straw crushing rate.The test shows that when the rotating knife speed is At 420 r / min,the arrangement pitch of the V-shaped fixed blades is 38 mm,and the pass rate of the rice straw crushing obtained by the active feed roller rotation speed is 83 r / min,which meets the needs of use.The wear size measurement after wear test through wear test shows that the hardened cutting edge side of the tool is hard to be worn during the wear process,and the other side has a larger grinding amount than the cutting edge side,indicating that the more the blade is used,the sharper the design.The tool has a self-sharpening effect.Aiming at the crushing mechanism of soft-stemmed straws such as rice straw,a set of crushing knives with a V-shaped fixed blade combination arranged in a certain gap and an active feed roller combination was designed to prevent the crushed material from entering the crushing chamber laterally.To greatly improve the qualification rate of straw cutting,to lay the foundation for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural production waste,the protection of cultivated land soil and ecological environmental protection,thereby further forming an industrial chain for comprehensive utilization of straw and promoting the faster and better development of related industries.
