After a certain period of time,a large number of grains stored in the grain depot will produce many grain impurities,such as dust,pests,insect eggs and so on.It is necessary to regularly screen out the grain impurities.In order to solve a series of headache problems in the treatment of grain impurities,such as large stacking volume,flying dust,pest control and so on.For the first time,this paper takes grain impurity as the research object,based on a large number of grain impurity compression molding experiments,to explore the key factors affecting grain impurity compression molding.The key factors influencing the compression molding of grain impurity at room temperature--the molding pressure is 46.8mpa.Taking the existing biomass compression molding equipment of the same type as the design reference and combining with the experimental data of the compression molding of grain impurity,the design of the whole structure,thermal pest killing components,hydraulic system and control system of the compression molding of grain impurity and thermal pest killing equipment are carried out A set of equipment for grain impurity compression molding and thermal insecticidal was developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)As for the current situation of the equipment that has not been specially used for the compression molding of grain impurities,the application of the relevant molding technology and equipment can be understood by consulting the data,referring to the development process and relevant technical parameters of the biomass compression molding equipment with tobacco rod particles,oil tea fruit shells,straw particles and other raw materials,and combining the composition and characteristics of grain impurities,the grain impurities can be determined The overall development plan of compression molding equipment,and the main research content.(2)In order to determine the main factors affecting the normal temperature compression molding of grain impurities and the molding process conditions,y71-100 hydraulic press is used as the test equipment,referring to the compression molding test method of straw materials,and three factors of molding pressure,holding time and feeding amount are optimized to carry out the experimental research on the compression molding characteristics of grain impurities.(3)Based on the test results of grain impurity compression molding characteristics,combined with the functional requirements of grain impurity compression equipment design,the whole structure of the equipment is designed with CAXA 3D entity design software,and considering the actual working environment and relevant technical requirements of theequipment,the whole scheme is optimized and the final scheme is determined.(4)In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole machine performance,the static analysis and modal analysis of the key components of the whole machine frame are carried out under the environment of ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of the head is carried out,and the corresponding structure is optimized and improved according to the simulation results.(5)According to the working principle of the grain impurity compression equipment,with the hydraulic cylinder as the power output mechanism,the corresponding hydraulic control system is designed,and the main components of the hydraulic system are calculated and selected based on the relevant data of the grain impurity compression molding characteristic test results.(6)The automatic control of the equipment adopts PLC control system.According to the working principle and control requirements of the equipment,first,select PLC and relevant electrical components;second,design the control system and complete the preparation of the control program;finally,use the simulation function of PLC programming software to simulate the actual action process to carry out simulation analysis,modify and improve the program until the results are consistent with each other Meet the actual control requirements.(7)The prototype of grain impurity compression equipment has been manufactured,the field electrical installation and wiring have been carried out,and the commissioning of the prototype has been successful.The actual pressed cake block of grain impurity meets the design requirements.
