As the rapid development of the productivity, the resources on the earth become less and less. Because three sorts of important non-renewable resources such as oil、coal and natural gas use up gradually, human takes advantage of some new energy resources to instead of conventional energy. As a kind of safe, stable energy, biomass energy is greatly developed.Biomass brequetting technology is a technique which can send straw、paddy、filings into the molding equipment and compact by external force. Under such circumstances, the biomass-fired fuel can burn directly or can be made into carbon. The fuel discharges less pollutants is a renewable biomass energy which is extremely efficient and clean.At first, this paper has imitated biomass straw extrusion molding process and temperature control according to the finite element analysis software. Second, it has analyzed the stress and strain distribution、the friction force、the change of temperature field、the load effect of the biomass straw materials In the process of compression molding. At last, we want to research and develop a new coarse biomass compression molding equipment, which has broad space for development and reasonably easy process. It briefly analyses as follows:(1) The Finite Element Analysis of the Biomass Compression ProcessFor realizing the forming mechanism of biomass and compression molding process, we need to realize the changes of biomass and its stress in the state of compression molding. First of all, we have analysed the biomass of the compression process. Then we have applied the finite element analysis software to simulate the biomass changes in the state of compression molding. Last we have taken advantage of the results to analysis the extrusion deformation condition of the biomass fuels.(2) The Finite Element Simulation and Analysis of Temperature Field of Compression ProcessThrough the simulation of the temperature field, gets the changes of the raw material at different temperatures, shows that the corn stalks forms easiest when the heating at a temperature of about 250℃. The result has provided reference data for controlling heating temperature the actual production and operation.(3) The Overall Design of Coarse Biomass Compression Molding MachineThrough profound analysis of the function of molding machine, research the compression molding process, in accordance with the various features of the different molding machine’s requirements and the principles of hot pressing forming, designed the structure of machine. The equipment system is made up of feeding system, extruding and cutting system, deformation heating systems, cooling and keeping systems, and is drove by the hydraulic system and electric control system.In a word, on the basis of the finite element analysis, this paper designs a new type of highly efficient coarse biomass compression molding equipment through the research of compression molding technology on biomass, its development prospect is bright, and have a great significance in the path of sustainable development.
