Effects Of Different Organic Fertilizers On Rice Yield?Quality And Physiological Character

The effects of different organic fertilizers on the yield and quality of rice were studied.The experiment was conducted at the rice experimental base of shenyang agricultural university in 2017-2018(E123.4,N41.8).Four japonica rice varieties,namely Gpno7510,shen rice 529,shen rice 505 and shen rice 47,were selected for the experiment in 2017.Four varieties were selected for the 2018 trial,namely yimimanhu,shen rice 529,shen rice 505 and shen rice 47.Three kinds of fertilizers are selected,which are biological organic fertilizer,chicken manure and soybean meal.The total nitrogen application amount is 150kg/hm2.The agronomic characters,population growth,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and yield components of rice under different fertilizers were studied.The changes of rice milling quality,appearance quality,nutrition quality,eating quality and health and safety quality were studied.1.Effects of different organic fertilizers on agronomic characters and population growth of riceSoybean meal can increase plant height and tiller number of rice.The dry matter accumulation under the action of bio-organic fertilizer and chicken manure was higher than that under the treatment of soybean meal,and the effect of bio-organic fertilizer and chicken manure on agronomic traits and population growth status of rice was balanced,and the good dry matter accumulation was maintained.2.Effects of different organic fertilizers on photosynthetic characteristics of riceThe SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate of shen rice 47 were higher than those of other varieties.SPAD and leaf area index of rice treated with soybean meal were higher than those of other fertilizers,light transmittance and net photosynthesis were lower than those of other fertilizers.The effect of soybean meal was lasting,the growth of crops was luxuriant,and the leaves covered each other,affecting photosynthesis.The SPAD value and leaf area index of organic fertilizer and chicken manure were lower than that of soybean meal,but the utilization rate of light was higher than that of soybean meal.3.Effects of different organic fertilizers on yield and yield components of riceShendao 47 and Shendao505 both maintained stable and high-yield traits.The application of bio-organic fertilizer,soybean meal and chicken manure can increase the yield of rice.The effect of bioorganic fertilizer and chicken manure on rice yield increase is obvious.The number of spikelets per panicle and the number of grains per panicle were significantly increased by bioorganic fertilizer.Chicken manure and soybean meal increased the effective spike number of all varieties.4.Effects of different organic fertilizers on rice qualityThe application of soybean meal reduced the milling quality of rice.The rates of brown rice,white rice and whole white rice all showed a downward trend.The application of soybean meal increased the chalkiness and chalkiness grain rate of rice.Bio-organic fertilizer can increase the peak viscosity and hot paste viscosity of rice and improve the food taste value of rice.Soybean meal significantly increased the protein and amino acid content of milled rice.Organic manure and chicken manure also increased the content of essential and non-essential amino acids in rice.The total arsenic content in brown rice was higher than that in white rice,and it was easier to accumulate total arsenic in the husk of brown rice.The content of total arsenic in milled rice treated with soybean meal was significantly higher than that of other fertilizers.
