Cinnamomum camphora is important afforestation and aromatic tree species in China,has important economic value.Due to the long-term reproductive isolation and the comprehensive action of various environmental factors,Cinnamomum camphora have great geographical variation in heredity,and the difference between different individuals and groups is significant.In this paper,50 provenance Cinnamomum camphora were used as materials to measure their leaf length,leaf width,leaf circumference,leaf area,petiole length,plant height,ground diameter,fresh weight,dry weight and other indicators,so as to evaluate the growth status of various provenance Cinnamomum camphora.At the same time because of the modern soil pollution is serious,to provide choice for control of heavy metal pollution,selection of Jiangxi Lushan,Lianhua,Wuyuan,and Taihe four provenance of Cinnamomum camphora seedling resisting the Cu study,controlled by pot experiment,with CuSO4?5H2O as exogenous sources of heavy metal the Cu,the Cu processing concentration of 0 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg and 450 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg,the the Cu stress on different provenance camphor tree growth,photosynthesis,physiological and biochemical and Cinnamomum camphora.the absorption of different organs of heavy metal the Cu distribution rule.Specific research results are as follows:?1?The leaf length,leaf width,leaf circumference,leaf area,petiole length,plant height,ground diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of 50 Cinnamomum camphora from Jiangxi,Sichuan,Hubei,Huangdong,Jiangsu,Hunan and Fujian were significantly different.Principal component analysis showed that leaf length,fresh weight,leaf circumference,morphological factors and leaf area played a leading role in the difference of Cinnamomum camphora from different provenance.Among the 50 provenances,the plant height of Cinnamomum camphora in Taihe,Lushan and Guangyuan were the highest,and the plant diameter of Cinnamomum camphora in Wuyuan,Lianhua,Lushan and Taihe were the highest.Through cluster analysis,it was found that the plant height and ground diameter of Cinnamomum camphora in Dazhou and Guangyuan of Sichuan,Nantong and Yancheng of Jiangsu,Qianshan,Jishui,Fengcheng and Ganxian of Jiangxi,Xiamen and Fuzhou of Fujian,Zhangjiajie and Chenzhou of Hunan grew well,and the growth condition of Cinnamomum camphora in Guangyuan of Sichuan was the best.?2?The growth of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings under the Cu stress from the same provenance was different.Cu?150mg/kg promoted the growth of plant height,ground diameter,fresh and dry weight of above ground and underground parts of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings from Lushan and Wuyuan,and began to inhibit the growth when Cu?450mg/kg the Cu treatment with different concentrations promoted the plant height,ground diameter,fresh and dry weight of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings of Lianhua,which were significantly higher than the control.The growth of plant height,ground diameter,fresh and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts from Taihe decreased with the increase of the Cu treatment concentration,but there was no significant difference between each treatment and the control.According to the growth indexes,the seedling growth of Cinnamomum camphora from Wuyuan was better under the Cu stress,followed by Lianhua and Lushan,and poor in Taihe.?3?Chlorophyll content in the seedling leaves of Cinnamomum camphora from the four species showed a trend of first rising and then falling with the increase of the Cu treatment time.The chlorophyll content of Cinnamomum camphora treated with Cu reached the maximum at 15 days of treatment,and the higher the treatment concentration,the greater the decrease of chlorophyll content.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of camphor leaves decreased with the increase of the Cu stress time,while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased with the increase of stress time.?4?Under the Cu stress,MDA content of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings in Wuyuan and Taihe increased with time,while MDA content of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings in Lushan and Lianhua first,then fell and then increased.When Cu?450mg/kg,SOD activity of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings of Lianhua was always on the rise.When Cu600 concentration was treated,SOD activity first increased and then decreased.POD activity of seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora from four provenances increased first and then decreased.?5?Under the Cu stress,Cu content in different vegetative organs of the four provenance Cinnamomum camphora increased with the increase of treatment concentration,and Cu content in plant roots was significantly higher than that in stems and leaves.?6?Through the membership function analysis,the results showed that the Cinnamomum camphora seedlings from Wuyuan had the strongest the Cu resistance?0.56?,followed by Lianhua?0.51?,Lushan?0.46?and Taihe?0.43?.
