Leucania loreyi?Duponchel?and Mythimna separata?Walker?,both of which are of the order Lepidoptera?Lepidoptera?and the family Noctuidae,they resemble each other and couldn't hadrly be recognised,often mixed hazards.They love catching corn,rice,wheat and other gramineous crops,the outbreak caused a large area of crop production,they are both significant worldwide agricultural insects,.This paper sets five temperature variable treatment groups as 25?during the day,10?at night(?abbreviated10??25??;25?during the day,15?at night(?abbreviated 15??25??;25?during the day,20 at night?abbreviated 20??25??,30?during the day,25?at night?abbreviated25??30??,35?during the day,25?at night?abbreviated 25??50??and a constant temperature control group?25?during the day and night?totreat L.loreyi during unlike temperatures.The condition of growth and development and multiplication of the six temperature treatment groups were observed and noted in time.To study the variation of survival,growth and multiplication of L.loreyi at high and low temperature is a solid theoretical basis for accurately predicting the development trend of L.loreyi population and how to scientifically and effectively control L.loreyi.,the chief consequences are listed as follows.1. As the temperature went up,the generation time of L.loreyi was shortened little by little.The development duration of each stage in the treatment group of 10?25?was significantly higher than that of the other treatment groups,and the period from egg to larva was 38.33d,which was shortened to 20.47d under the treatment of 25?35?,in contrast,the insect state duration of 25?30?was significantly shorter other treatment groups.Survival rate,pupation rate and adult eclosion rate of larva were significantly higher other temperature treatment groups under 25 constant temperature and 25?30?.The average oviposition of a single female reached a peak under constant temperature conditions.The average oviposition number of a single female was 513.73 grains per female,20?25?and25?30?of oviposition was not significant compared with 25?constant temperature treatment.2. The variation of population parameters in the life table of age-stage population shows that the population growth is more favorable under 25?35?.When the interference of external unfavorable conditions is ignored,the population of L.loreyi will increase exponentially with an intrinsic growth rate of 0.166 per day the generation cycle of 29.626d,and 1.181 times more than the former day.In addition,there is a generation overlap between different insect states growth and development of different insect states in populations.3. The glycogen,trehalose,total tipid and triglyceride contents were the most highest in pupa and the most lowest in adult.Under unlike temperature treatment,the content of glycogen and trehalose was the most highest under 25?,the total tipid and triglyceride content was the highest under 20?25?,and the accumulation of energy substances was inhibited by high temperature,which led to the consumption and utilization of energy substances and the decrease of the content of energy substances in the different stages of the high temperature variable temperature treatment group.Because the temperature change is more conducive to the accumulation of some energy substances,resulting in change glycogen and trehalose contents in the warm group were higher than?25 constant temperature group.4. The result of activation performed of enzyme about GAPDH,GPD and HOAD were markedly higher than that of other temperature treatment groups under the treatment of25?30?and 25?.Among them,the highest value were 262.111,549.91,65.79?mol·min-1·g-1protein,respectively.And the ratio of GADPH to HOAD in different insect states was not more than 1,which indicated that the insect mainly depended on carbohydrate metabolism during flight.
