In this paper,three-year-old "colored fragrant" grapes were used as experimental materials, and the effects of different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer and rice straw combined with different microbial agents on soil chemical properties, grape yield and quality in coastal saline soil were discussed. The experiment design uses urea as nitrogen fertilizer to set three nitrogen addition levels, and three fertilizer combinations including rice straw(400kg),rice straw+microbial fertilizer 1 and rice straw+microbial fertilizer 2 are set under each level.Rice straw and microbial agent are applied as base fertilizer in the first year. The main results of the experiment are as follows1.Compared with the control, the application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the content of salt,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application, the content of salt and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in the soil showed an upward trend, while the content of available phosphorus showed a downward trend first and then an upward trend. The addition of rice straw increased the contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter and total nitrogen in the soil by 4.94%,7.96%,5.47%,24.01%and 7.65%,respectively,and increased the pH value of the soil. With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application rate, the increase ratio of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and organic matter in the soil showed an upward trend, while the increase ratio of available phosphorus and available potassium showed an upward trend before a downward trend. At the same time, the combined application of microbial agents increased the contents of available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the soil, and reduced the pH value of the soil2.With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application, the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in grape fruits showed a trend of first rising and then falling, while the content of titratable acid showed a trend of first falling and then rising. The fruit quality of grape is the best when the nitrogen application rate is 30kg/mu.The content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in grape fruit increased most when rice straw was combined with HB decomposing agent, which increased by 22.90%and 19.32%respectively compared with the control. The content of titratable acid in grape fruit decreased the most by 29.31%compared with the control when rice straw was combined with Rw decomposing agent3.The single grain weight of grape fruits is not affected by the experimental treatment, and is considered to be caused by seedless agent treatment. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the plant yield of grape plants showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the nitrogen application rate was 30kg/mu,the plant yield was the highest Adding rice straw and microbial inoculum can further improve plant yieldThe results showed that the nitrogen fertilizer application rate of 30kg/mu and the addition of rice straw combined with Rw spoilage promoter could improve the nutrient content in the soil of "colored aroma" grape orchard, correct the pH value and ensure the soil fertility. The application amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 30kg/mu,and rice straw is added together with HB decomposing agent, which can improve the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in the grape fruit of "Colorful Fragrance" and the plant yield,so that the fruit quality reaches the best state and high yield is realizedThe research results can provide data reference and theoretical basis for orchard management of planting "colored fragrant" grapes in coastal saline soil and grape production with high quality, high yield and high efficiency.
