Research On Feasibility Study For Investment In OAU's Project Of H Company

In recent years,with the decline of marine fishing yield and the deterioration of coastal ecosystem,people's demand for healthy and green marine products is growing,which makes the marine aquaculture gradually enter the deep blue sea area.It is an important way to develop the culture area and increase the output of marine products to breed fish with good economic benefits in large quantities by using the far-reaching sea high-quality water resources.Large scale aquaculture unit is the core of the development of offshore aquaculture,and also the most potential construction direction.This paper conducts a feasibility study for investment in OAU's project of H company,combined with the development of the industry,systematically analyzes and demonstrates the technical,economic benefits and social environment of the project.This paper first describes the background and significance of the project research and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad;then it introduces the relevant theoretical content of the research on feasibility study;secondly,it introduces the background and basic situation of H company and the project;thirdly,combined with the actual situation of H company,it makes the project investment estimation and financing,and carries out the economic analysis and evaluation of the project,specifically it includes the estimation of operating revenue and operating tax,total cost,cash flow,uncertainty analysis and risk analysis.Finally,it analyzes the social benefits of the project.Based on the above factors,the analysis conclusion of economic feasibility of the project is obtained.The investment in OAU's project of H company is highly consistent with the national policy of developing a powerful marine country,and is in line with the development trend of national industrial transformation.Therefore,the project construction has a feasibility and necessity;By financial calculating,FIRR is 29%,the average annual net profit after income tax is 134.87 million yuan,the payback period of the project investment after income tax is 5.7 years(including the construction period),and the accumulated NPV after income tax is greater than zero,indicating that the project has economic feasibility.Based on the above analysis and conclusion,the investment in OAU's project of H company is in line with the industrial investment demand,and the project is feasible.
