Two types of single-layer and double-layer light-assembled solar greenhouses with optimized structure were constructed on the spot.In terms of structural optimization,temperature performance and construction cost,they were compared with corresponding control greenhouses respectively.The main conclusions are:1.Single-layer light and simple assembled solar greenhouse1.1 Structural optimization.Compared with the traditional brick wall solar greenhouse,the experimental greenhouse has greatly reduced the civil construction process,construction period,and main engineering volume,saving 35%-100%;the efficiency of the entrance and exit of agricultural machinery and the efficiency of replacing the film are increased by about 50%.1.2 In terms of temperature performance.Compared with the traditional brick wall sunlight greenhouse,the experimental greenhouse has four temperature indicators higher than 3.98?,3.88?,4.28? and 3.03? respectively in long-period,short-period,extreme low temperature and low-light(haze)weather.Without additional heating,the experimental greenhouse fully met the overwintering needs of most leafy vegetables and strawberries.1.3 The overall cost.Compared with the traditional brick wall solar greenhouse,the experimental greenhouse saves 36.0% in overall cost.Among them,the foundation saves 44.7% and the wall saves 57.7%.2.Double-layer light and simple assembled solar greenhouse2.1 Structural optimization.Compared with the traditional soil-wall solar greenhouse,the experimental greenhouse has greatly reduced the civil work procedures,construction period,and main engineering volume,saving 53%-100%,and the efficiency of replacing the shed film increased by 50%.2.2 In terms of temperature performance,compared with the traditional soil-wall solar greenhouse,the experimental greenhouse has a higher temperature index of 0.86?,1.05?,0.1?,0.73? in long period,short period,extreme low temperature and low sunshine(snow)weather.Without additional heating,the experimental greenhouse fully meets the winter demand for strawberry production.2.3 The overall cost.The overall cost of the experimental greenhouse is about 1.75 times that of the traditional soil-wall solar greenhouse.It is mainly reflected in the wall and the frame,which are 4 times and 2.5 times that of the traditional earth-wall solar greenhouse respectively.
