| In this paper, the structures of existing greenhouse in Tacheng area are investigated andcompared one by one, and the maintaining structures of greenhouse in Tacheng are given thethermal resistance calculations. The facility problems in agricultural production in Tachengare conducted in-depth analysis and summary in this essay. On the wall structures of winterproduction greenhouse, we use formulas to calculate minimum thickness and make theminimum limit value2.6m. Because of the flexible complexity of material combinations ofthe above wall, the thermal conductivity of commonly used materials are listed, calculationformulas and methods are used. Which provide a strongly theoretical basis for studying anddeveloping the standardized system architecture of greenhouse in Tacheng.This essay is aimed at classical greenhouse structure, and then conducts a screening andresearch of the structural rationality in this area. During the process, four types of solargreenhouse with different span structures are chosen as test material, two types climaticconditions, typical sunny day and typical cloudy day, are chosen for analysis and comparisonof temperature and light.Through the continuous observation on solar greenhouse’s light and thermal environmentparameters of four spans (6.5m,7.0m,7.5m and8.0m), analyzing temperature change trendof various greenhouses in sunny and cloudy weather conditions, and comparing theillumination variation and greenhouse light transmittance when extreme value occurs, thetransformation rules are formed:In sunny day,6.5m span greenhouse temperature increases fastest, amplitude ofvariation8.0m span greenhouse temperature is the smallest; when it comes to the averagetemperature of the whole day, the temperature of7.0m span greenhouse ranks the highest,while the temperature of8m span greenhouse ranks the lowest; when it comes to the lowesttemperature comparison, the temperature of6.5m span greenhouse ranks the lowest. When itcomes to the comparison of illumination intensity, the light transmittance of6.5m spangreenhouse is the highest, light transmittance of8.0m span greenhouse is the lowest. Incloudy day, the temperature variation is in the opposition to that of the sunny day; thetemperature performance of6.5m span greenhouse is the worst, while the temperatureperformance of7.0m span is the best. Finally, the paper takes into consideration of the environment feature of greenhouse lightand temperature, and the Tacheng Area’ export-oriented requirement of solanaceae vegetables.The hibernating ability of7.0m span greenhouse is the best, thus actual planting area andfield operation should be taken into consideration. And the hibernating ability of7.5m spangreenhouse ranks the second. After comprehensive comparison,7.0m span greenhouseshould be promoted superiorly in the winter production of solanaceae vegetables. |
