Due to the increasing value of cat in family rearing,scientific research and teaching,cat health problems and disease treatment problems have attracted more and more attention.It is imperative to study the safe and feasible compound anesthetic drugs of cats.In this study,domestic cats were used as experimental animals,and different kinds of anesthetics suitable for cats were selected for compound use.By observing the anaesthesia process to determine the anesthetic effect,by monitoring the experimental process,the effect of the compound scheme on the physiological function of the cat was judged,and the effect of the compound anesthetic on the main organs of the cat was obtained by monitoring the liver and kidney function,blood routine and blood electrolyte.Finally,combined with the experimental results of each part of the cat compound anesthetic drug comprehensive evaluation.At present,inhalation anesthesia is often used in the treatment of cats,but injection anesthesia is still urgently needed for outpatient minor surgery and treatment of stray cats.However,there are still some problems in compound injection anesthesia.Many narcotic drugs are controlled and lack of comprehensive and systematic safety evaluation.Therefore,it is imperative to study the anesthetic methods of cats and find out the safe and definite compound anesthetic drugs.Through a large number of previous experimental studies,it was determined that the compound scheme composed of sulforaphane(2.0 mg/kg)and dexmetomidine hydrochloride(0.04mg/kg)could produce good results in cat anesthesia.The results showed that the induction time of anesthesia was 2.2±0.3 min,the duration of anesthesia was 77±3.4 min,the recovery period was21±3.0Cat showed better sedation,analgesia and muscle relaxation during anesthesia.Secondly,the influence of the compound anesthetic on the respiratory system and circulatory system of cats is weak.During anesthesia,the oxygen saturation of cats is not less than 97,with an average of 98.The compound anesthetic had no obvious effect on the organ and tissue of the cat,nor on the blood routine and blood electrolyte,indicating that the anesthesia scheme had minimal side effects.The results showed that the mixture of sulter and dexmedetomidine hydrochloride could successfully complete sterilization and castration surgery,and had a good anesthetic guarantee effect.To sum up,the compound anesthetic composed of sultai and dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is suitable for anesthesia in cats,which can meet the needs of routine small and medium-sized surgery and routine experiments.This experiment provides a feasible and efficient anesthetic method for cat anesthesia,and lays a foundation for the further development of cat compound anesthetic.
