Xinjiang is an emerging peanut production area in my country,and the development of the peanut industry has certain resource advantages.However,the research on peanut cultivation technology in Xinjiang started late,and there is less research on the cultivation mode of stress resistance,high yield and high efficiency.Adversity such as drought,nutrient loss,and soil fertility degradation seriously threaten the increase of peanut production.Therefore,the systematic study of the effects of film-mulched drip irrigation and rhizobia application on peanut growth and development,nitrogen fixation characteristics,yield and other traits will provide scientific basis for peanut resistance,high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation in Xinjiang.In this experiment,the suitable peanut Nonghua No.9 was selected as the material,and under the two cultivation methods of drip irrigation(MF)and drip irrigation(NF),the seed dressing with rhizobia powder(MI1)and rhizobium water(MI2)were applied.,Clear water seed dressing(CK),to study its effects on peanut growth and development,dry matter accumulation,photosynthetic characteristics,nutrient absorption and utilization,and yield.The main findings are as follows:1.Drip irrigation with film mulching significantly promoted the growth and development of peanuts.Under the MF planting mode,the main stem height and the first lateral branch length were significantly better than those of NF.Under the two cultivation modes,different rhizobia seed dressing had no significant effect on the peanut main stem height and first lateral branch length.It shows that the MF planting mode significantly promotes the growth of peanuts,while the rhizobia agent has little effect on the growth of peanuts.2.Drip irrigation with film mulching significantly enhanced the photosynthetic characteristics of peanuts.Compared with NF,the leaf area index of peanut plant under MF treatment was significantly increased by 26.85%,Pn was significantly increased by 19.81%,Tr and Gs were both increasing,and Ci was significantly decreased,indicating that MF planting mode can significantly improve the photosynthetic performance of peanut leaves.3.Film-mulched drip irrigation promoted peanut dry matter accumulation and nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency.The dry matter accumulation rate of each organ under MF treatment was faster than NF,and the nutrient absorption was significantly higher than NF.4.Film-mulched drip irrigation significantly provides output and increases economic benefits.Under the treatment of MF+MI1,the pod yield was the highest,which was a significant increase of 1346.66kg/hm~2 and 34%compared with NF+CK,and the economic benefit was significantly increased by 19104.9 yuan/hm~2 and 34.6%.It shows that MF planting mode can significantly increase yield and increase economic benefits.In summary,drip irrigation under mulch and rhizobia treatment can significantly improve the photosynthesis,dry matter accumulation,nutrient absorption,yield and economic benefits of peanuts.In the production of peanuts in northern Xinjiang,drip irrigation under mulch and rhizobia mixing should be promoted.Kind of high-yield and efficient cultivation techniques.
