Schisandra was the dry fruit of Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Baill.In the 2010 edition of the People's Republic of China pharmacopoeia,Schisandrol A as indicators of the quality control of fructus schisandrae medicinal materials,In the quality control system of traditional Chinese medicine composition and multiple index,A single quality control is not perfect.Howere,On the control of multiple component,It is a challenge to the researchers that lack of standard,standard difficult preparation,and expensive.Prepared the renference extracts from fruits Schisandra instead of standard to quality analysis of Schizandra fruit,extracts and part of proprietary chinese medicine.Quality the six kinds of schisandra lignans composition,include of Schisandrol A.Implements the much quantitative and indicators of the Chinese traditional medicine.This thesis includes the following main contents:1.Preparation and application of reference extract.This experiment with macroporous resin,silica,gel,reversed-phase(ODS)preparation the renference extracts from fruits Schisandra.Determine the reference extract containing Schisandrol A,Schizandrin A,Schizandrin B.Using the renference extracts from fruits Schisandra instead of standard to quality analysis of schizandra fruit,extracts and proprietary chinese medicine.After statistics analysis,There is no significant difference show that the content of the determination results,The results show that,the renference extracts from fruits Schisandra can instead of standard to quality analysis.2.Control the six kinds of lignans quality of fructus Schisandrae,extracts and proprietary chinese medicine.Using RP-HPLC quantitative analysis of' fructus Schisandrae,extracts and proprietary chinese medicine.Implements the much quantitative and indicators of the Chinese traditional medicine.Using Aas distinguish fructus schisandrae and Schisandra sphenanthera.Schisandrol A and Schizandrin B show rule with Internal content that can distinguished,Provides a new method for fructus schisandrae variety identification.3 Using QAMS to determine the composition of 6 kinds of lignans in schisandra.Using QAMS and ESTD test samples from different sources,two methods have no significant difference(p>0.05).Show that QAMS can content determination of many kinds of composition under the condition of lack reference,Besides the results accurate and effective.This experiment provide feasible scientific method and the solid theoretical basis for the quality control of fructus schisandrae,provide a new approach for further development and utilization of schisandra,at the same time,provide the necessary security for traditional Chinese medicine normative implementation and improve the standardization of Chinese medicine.
