| Objective: to detect the male bladder outlet obstruction concurrency model NGF expression levels in patients with OAB urine,the analysis model NGF to DO type OAB and not DO type differential diagnosis value of OAB,and explore model NGF to relieve obstruction surgery effect assessment of the value.Methods: 30 normal males were set as group A,and 77 patients with bladder outlet obstruction in the experimental group underwent urodynamic examination.According to the results of the urodynamics examination,only 22 cases of BOO group were group B;There were 55 cases of BOO combined with OAB symptoms in group C,of which the urodynamic performance was accompanied by the type OAB 32 in group C1.The non-do OAB 23 was group C2.B.The patients in group C were all assessed for the assessment,including IPSS,OABSS,and urinuritic pressure flow rate.The serum NGF expression level was detected by ELISA method,and the results were standardized with the urine specimen of creatinine(Cr).Results: the expression levels of the NGF/Cr groups were group A: 0.005 + / 0.002,group B: 0.011 + 0.008,C1:0.909 + 0.324,C2:0.919 + 0.447.The B and C groups were 0.302 compared with group A;There was no significant difference between group A and group B,but there was A significant difference between group A and group B.In patients with prostate surgery,the NGF/Cr was 0.901 + 0.382 before and after surgery.0.061 + /-0.017.P value is 0.024.The NGF level was significantly reduced after the operation.Between C1 and C2,P = 0.283,the difference between groups was not statistically significant but combined with scatter plots,5(16.7%)NGF/Cr remained high.Conclusion: NGF is a diagnostic indicator of male BOO companion OAB,but there is no statistically significant difference between the type OAB and non-do OAB.At the same time,NGF has good application value as an auxiliary evaluation index for the improvement of OAB symptoms... |
