The Predictive Clinic Significance Of Measurement Of The Degree Of Intravesical Prostatic Protrusion On The Bladder Outlet Obstruction And Function Of Detrusor Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective : To investigate the predictive significance of the degree of intravesical prostatic protrusion (IPP) measured by the transabdominal ultrasonography on bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) , evalution the function of detrusor and direction therapy .Methods :1.The prostatic volume and morphous were measured by transabdominal ultrasonography in a series of 103 patients, 39 patients were ascribed to experimental group , who were proved the IPP using the transabdominal ultrasonography . 64 patients without IPP were control group . Analysis the relationship of clinic data and urodynamic test outcome between the two groups . Patients with neurological disease ,prostatic cancer , endocrine disease , lower urinary tract traum , urinary infection and renal impairment were excluded .2.
