An Experimental And Clinical Study On Treating Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction Combined With Xiongdan Powder

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan Powder in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,so as to guide clinical medication in multiple directions.On the one hand,animal experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of Chaoyifang Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan Powder on lipid-lowering in mice with hyperlipidemia.On the other hand,through clinical studies,to investigate Chaoyifang Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan San on alleviating various symptoms of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.To develop ethnic medicine,open up new research directions for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,choose effective and economical treatment methods,and effectively help people with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and to ease patient pains.Method:Animal experiment observation:104 Kunming male mice were divided into normal group and hyperlipidemia group and the mice were modeled by high-fat diet.After the blood was drawn,it was proved that the model was successfully established.Mice were divided into 5 groups:normal control group,model control group,traditional Chinese medicine(Korean medical prescription Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan Powder)low-dose group&high-dose group,western medicine positive control group.To observe the effect of Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan Powder on blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)in hyperlipemia mice.Clinical observation:40 patients who met the criteria of constitution differentiation of Korean Taiyin people and the diagnostic criteria of stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group(Xiongdan Powder group,hereinafter referred to as Xiongdan Powder Group)and the control group(each of 20 cases).Both the two groups were given an intravenous dose of 5%glucose 250ml/0.9%sodium chloride 250ml+Danhong 40ml once a day.The Xiongdan group was given an appropriate dose of Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan Powder,and the control group was given Atova Statin calcium tablets.To observe the TCM symptoms(the changes of angina score,electrocardiogram,blood lipid index and so on)of patients with angina pectoris before and after medication.Results:This animal experiment found that Korean medicine prescription Taiyin Tiaowei Decoction combined with Xiongdan San can significantly reduce the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in hyperlipidemia mice and increase the content of HDL-C,indicating that the decoction can effectively reduce fat content in the body and reduce blood lipids.Clinical study found that,after 2 weeks of drug treatment respectively,the intra group differences(TCM syndromes and angina)of both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the Xiongdan group was significantly better than that of the control group.The time and frequency of occurrence of angina pectoris of the coronary heart disease were relieved after treatment in both groups,and the self-care ability was significantly improved in patients.Moreover,the effect of Xiongdan Powder group was significantly superior to the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Both the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris have blood lipids decreased on average(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,Taiyin Tiaowei decoction and Xiong Dansan can effectively reduce the attack time and the attack frequency of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,improve the living standard of patients,improve their ability of independent living while bringing no obvious adverse reaction and side effect during the treatment.
