A Clinical Study On The Combined Therapy For Taiyin People Angina Pectoris Of CHD With Chinese Yam Lung Tonic Decoction And Bear Gall Powder

Objective Discuss the effectiveness and safety of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder on curing angina pectoris of CHD by observing the clinical study on the combined therapy for Taiyin people angina pectoris of CHD with the two kinds of medicine so as to provide effective basis for the clinical treatment of Traditional Korean Medicine for CHD.Methodology Fifty Taiyin people CHD patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Twenty-five patients intreatment group took Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder whereas the rest patients in control group took Rosuvastatin calcium tablets.Every day,each patient was treated with 250 ml of 5%glucose injection(250 Caoxian)and 40 ml Danhong injection.Besides,the patients in treatment group were given Chinese yam lung tonic decoction(components:15g of liriope,lOg of Chinese yam,lOg of platycodon root,10g of radish seed,5g of schisandra,10g of coix seed and 2g of bear gall powder)in addition.Each dose of medicine was soaked in 600ml of water for half an hour and was decocted with 300ml water or followed the regular decoction.The medicine was taken one dose and twice(morning and night)a day.They were also given 2g of bear gall powder(0.5g in each capsule),taking orally once every night,making four weeks a course of treatment.On the contrary,the patients in control group were given 20mg of Rosuvastatin calcium tablets(Rosuvastatin:5mgx 14 tablets)every night,making four weeks a course of treatment.Research findings1.According to the analysis,the genders,pathogenesis,ages and body mass index of control group and treatment group have no statistical significance(P>0.05),which is available for comparison.2.Comprehensive therapeutic effect:There were 17 effective cases in control group in total with the effective rate of 68%and 21 cases in treatment group with 84%of effective rate.The total effective rate of the combined therapy for Taiyin people CHD patients with stable angina pectoris in treatment group with the two kinds of medicine has no statistic difference(P>0.05)with control group.3.Scores of TCM symptoms:There is no statistic difference(P>0.05)comparing the symptoms before patients in treatment group and control group took the medicine,which is available for comparison.After taking the medicine,the scores of patients in treatment group dropped obviously,which means the two kinds of medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Taiyin people CHD patients with stable angina pectoris.At the same time,it means the therapeutic effect of treatment group is obviously better than control group.4.Scores of angina pectoris:There is no statistic difference(P>0.05)between treatment group and control group,comparing the scores of angina pectoris before treatment,which is available for comparison.After taking the medicine,the scores of angina pectoris in treatment group obviously dropped,which means the two kinds of medicine can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris effectively.At the same time,after the treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in treatment group were obviously lower than control group,which further proved the combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder is far better than the treatment of Rosuvastatin calcium capsules in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris.5.The therapeutic effect of ECG:There were 21 patients with ECG abnormalities in control group.After the treatment,15 patients' abnormal ECG leads got effectively recovered,totaling 71%of effective rate.There were 21 patients with ECG abnormalities in treatment group before the treatment as well.After the treatment,18 patients' abnormal ECG leads got effectively recovered,totaling 85%of effective rate.6.Changes of TC,HDL,LDL in lipids:After treatment,the lipid levels of patients in both control group and treatment group were obviously improved,which proves the combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder can lower TC and LDL and increase the content of HDL.7.There was no significant abnormality in patients' vital signs,blood RT,urine RT,liver FT,renal FT,CPK-MB and PT APTT.Conclusion1.The combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder didn't bring about any toxic side effects or other drug-induced side effects.Also,there was no abnormality in renal function or cardiovascular disorder in the process of the treatment and the tolerance towards the combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder in treatment group turned out to be satisfactory in general.2.The combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder can effectively improve Taiyin people patients' angina pectoris of CHD,especially the symptoms of suppression in the chest,as well as paroxysmal or crushing pain in precordium,upper arm and underjaw.3.The combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder can effectively decrease the pain,lower the seizure frequency and reduce the duration.4.The combined therapy of Chinese yam lung tonic decoction and bear gall powder can effectively recover abnormal ECG leads of Taiyin people patients' angina pectoris of CHD.5.After the treatment,Taiyin people patients' TC and LDL in lipids got lower whereas the content of HDL got increased.
