| Objective: To study the ancient sources of “yin-producing therapy by sour and sweet herbs”,material of it history and clinical research are provided.To help doctors to use this kind of therapy.Methods: Collect and organize ancient sources of “yin-producing therapy by sour and sweet herbs”summarizes different dynasties of ancient sources and analyze the basic meaning of this kind of therapy,look for its sources,describe its history,summarized the clinical application of it,list doctors who use it and medical records of it.Results: The basic meaning of “yin-producing therapy by sour and sweet herbs”is summarized out,and we found that it came from Clinic Guidline of Medical Records writed by Ye Tian-shi.Its history after four stages:germination,built,development,enrich and there is an improtant change.We looked for reasons of this important change,from the point of view of the improve of medical theory and the change of natural environment.We also analyzed the change through medicine,natural environment,social environment.We also summed up its clinical application.Conclusion(s): Ancient doctors have a rich theoretical study of the sourness and yin and yin method,and there are many cases of clinical application.They have widely used this method in the treatment of exogenous and internal injuries,and the total case of “Neijing” was studied by Zhong Jing and later used.The doctors of the Sour and Liquor-Yin Law are numerous because of their inheritance,clinical experience,and historical social factors.They have their own theoretical basis and medicationcharacteristics.The Ziyin School and the School of Temperament apply theoretically A certain amount of breakthroughs were made.They used the combination of sour and yin-fat methods and cold and bitter cold medicines to nourish yin and reduce fire,focusing on reducing fire and storing yin.The Warming School is good at applying yin and yin to make up yin while paying attention to yin and yang.The doctors’ experience in the use of the sour and cloudy method is worth studying and studying. |
