Efficacy And Safety Of Tumor Suppression Flavored Treatment Advanced Gastric Cancer Of Stomach Yin Deficiency

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of gastric cancer with the treatment of gastric insufficiency.Methods: 70 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 35 cases.In the control group,the treatment group was treated with the chemotherapy of gigi + oxaliplatin.At the same time,after 3 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms,syndromes,toxicity,side effects,bone marrow suppression,Integral of anxiety state,KPS score and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)In terms of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms,such as epigastric pain,hunger,vomiting,diarrhea,dry constipation,dry mouth and dry throat(P<0.05).(2)After two groups of treatment,some patients were treated with toxic and side effects after chemotherapy,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,hair loss,fever and bone marrow suppression were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).After the first chemotherapy period,bone marrow suppression was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).After the second chemotherapy period,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,such as infection,oral inflammatory ulcer,and renal dysfunction(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the treatment group improved better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of KPS score in the treatment group was 93.94%,and the improvement rate of KPS score in the control group was 84.85%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients were compared in terms of spirit,sleep,fatigue,daily life,facial expression and so on,and the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): Detoxification can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of gastric cancer patients,reducing toxicity after chemotherapy,reduce the rate of bone marrow suppression in one cycleimprove patient quality of life.
