Clinical Study Of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Pill In The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Pill through clinical observation and research,and to explore the clinical significance of Yiqi Yangyin,Jiedu Sanjie method in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:According to the principle of random distribution,60 patients with advanced gastric cancer of deficiency of both Qi and Yin were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group(chemotherapy alone)was treated with capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin,a routine recommended regimen for advanced gastric cancer.The observation group(Fuzheng Xiaozheng Pill plus chemotherapy)took Fuzheng Xiaozheng Pill on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy was evaluated after two consecutive cycles of chemotherapy.Results: There was no significant difference in tumor shrinkage between the two groups,and there was no difference in stability rate(P>0.05).The clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The weight change and KPS score of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The number of cases of bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney dysfunction in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaozheng Pill combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin can inhibit the growth of tumor focus,improve TCM syndromes,reduce the weight loss of patients,improve the quality of life after chemotherapy,and play a certain role in bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney function damage.
