| BackgroundCoronary atherosclerotic heart disease(Coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases,CHD)is often referred to as "Coronary heart disease",is a relatively common disease in clinic,which around the world have high incidence of a disease.Its main is the pathological changes of coronary artery vascular abnormalities,a large number of the formation of atheromatous plaque causing vascular cavity stenosis even block,causing myocardial ischemia,hypoxia,even degeneration and necrosis.Coronary heart disease threat as a disease of elderly health in our country,in the incidence trend of increased year by year,in China the clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease has become one of the major concerns of today's society.According to the research,according to gender,age,BMI,positive family history,smoking history,some high cardiovascular diseases(high blood pressure,high cholesterol)and endocrine diseases(diabetes)is a risk factor for coronary heart disease,not only easy to induce coronary heart disease(CHD),also can cause complications.Diabetes,in particular,is not only a high risk factor for coronary heart disease,but also one of the more common complications of coronary heart disease.Therefore,this study is particularly important for patients with CHD with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with type 2 diabetes in typical position of the main clinical manifestation is characterized by not angina,angina pectoris attack once accompanied by chest tightness,chest pain,panting,sweat wait for a symptom,in addition,some patients have a toothache,back pain,neck pain and atypical symptoms.At present there are a number of studies in the clinical,points out that there is a certain correlation between coronary heart disease and diabetes[1],the hint of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus,dyslipidemia,hypertension,and mortality was significantly higher than that of unincorporated diabetic coronary heart disease group[2].Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the endovascular ultrasound of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus,and studies the clinical value and significance of intravascular ultrasound in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.PurposeThe use of intravascular ultrasound characteristics of the pathological changes of coronary heart disease(CHD)with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed to discuss and research,for the prevention of coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes and help clinical treatment.Methods100 cases of coronary heart disease patients who came to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects.The patient must meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease.The clinical data of 100 patients were collected and recorded according to whether they were treated with type 2 diabetes and divided into diabetes group and non-diabetic group.Results1.Diabetic group was significantly higher than non-diabetic group in fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose and triglyceride,etc.(P<0.05).2.In group 2.Diabetes incidence frequency,involving vascular count and cardiovascular incidence degree of stenosis and plaque rupture compared with non-diabetic group,diabetes group is significantly higher than non-diabetic group,the comparison of differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The lumen area of diabetes group was smaller than that of non-diabetic group,and the index of reconfiguration of diabetes was significantly higher than that in non-diabetic group,and the incidence of reconfiguration of diabetes group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SV,CO,CI and EF between the two groups(P>0.05).The individual treatment of the two groups of patients,after treatment,the indicators of non-diabetic group were significantly higher than that of the diabetic group(P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse vascular events in the study group within 1 years was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with type 2 diabetes cardiovascular disease frequency,involving blood count,cardiovascular incidence degree of stenosis and plaque rupture was significantly higher than that of patients with diabetes,coronary heart disease(CHD)with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary artery remodeling phenomenon is more common.After treatment,patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had poor cardiac function improvement,and the incidence of adverse events was higher. |
