Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of General Practitioner Training Satisfaction

ObjectivesThe establishment of a general practitioner training satisfaction evaluation index system,the calculation of index weights at all levels,to provide a scientific and feasible evaluation tool for quantitative evaluation of general practitioner training satisfaction.MethodsUsing the literature analysis method to construct a preliminary framework for the evaluation index system of general practitioner training satisfaction;using Delphi expert consultation method to improve the framework of the indicator system through three rounds of expert consultations;and using the analytic hierarchy process,based on experts’ relative importance to indicators at all levels The scores of the two sexes are compared,and the judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the weights of the indicators at each level,at last,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the index system.Results1 After the first round of expert consultations,we deleted 12 third-level indicators and deleted a second-level indicator of "training environment".After the second round of expert consultation,the importance and operability scores of the indicators were evenly divided into 3.5 points and above.The coefficient of variation of less than 0.3 was retained,and the third-level indicator "campus security" was eventually deleted.The evaluation index system for general practitioner training satisfaction was basically established,covering 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators.2 The weights of the four first-level indicators "Satisfaction of Training Teachers","Satisfaction of Training Contents","Satisfaction of Training Organizations",and "Satisfaction of Training Results" were 27.0%,39.8%,and 8.1% respectively.25.1%.The largest comprehensive weight among the three indicators is the "training content fits the practical work of general medicine","the training content fits the general medical expertise",and "the satisfaction of training content" "Construction of discipline teams" and "professional construction" under "Satisfaction with Training Teachers".3 In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy operation result is C=(0.5311,0.3874,0.0773,0.0042,0),and the evaluation result of "General Practitioner Training Satisfaction Index System" is "very satisfied".Conclusions Experts have high levels of initiative,good coordination of expert opinions,strict establishment of the indicator system,strict conformity check of the judgment matrix,the fuzzy evaluation result is "very satisfied",and successful construction of the evaluation index system for training satisfaction of general practitioners.
