Clinical Analysis Of Tumor Microsurgical Treatment In The Lateral Ventricle Triangle

Objective To explore the clinical value of sulci colostomy in the microsurgical therapy in the patients with lateral ventricle tumor.Methods We conducted a retrospective analysis in 47 patients with sulci colostomy microsurgical of lateral ventricle tumor with different nature.We analyzed the surgical approaches and technics via the temporal lobe of the brain drain,via the longitudinal fissure of the brain-the posterior approach of the corpus callosum,via the head of the occipital brain groove.Results 42 patients were achieved total tumor resection,5 patients with partial tumor resection because of size tumour and unclear bourdarieas 3 of these 5 pationgs also accepted decompressive craniectomy at the same time;1 patient with gradient type ventricullar tumor which had grown two sides accepted partial resectiong and recurrent soon.1 patient which maybe overdrawn brain tissue during surgery,with delayed hemorrhage after the operation accepted second surgery and died 2d;1 patient with epidural hematoma without second opration;CNS infections in 5 patients were achieved lumbar cistern drainage by strengthening anti-infection treatment.;3 patients with pulmonary infection after operation.39 patients got 5 scores,5 patients got 4 scores,1patient got 3scores,1 got 2 scores,1 got 1 score in the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS).Conclusions With advanced image guidance system,appropriate surgical approaches and proficient surgical skills can reduce the function damage of patients and the occurrence of complications,so the patients with different lateral ventricle tumor can achieve a good outcome.
