Objective:To understand the coagulation function and the portal vein structure and function of portal vein thrombosis(PVT)in patients with liver cirrhosis through the analysis comparison of PVT and not merged PVT hematology and imaging findings of patients, such as blood routine, liver function, coagulation function and abdominal ultrasonography. To investigate the independent risk factors of portal vein thrombosis in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 145 patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis between January 2016 and June 2017 in the department of gastroenterology from the Anqing Municipal Hospital, where 50 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated vein thrombosis were regarded as thrombus group while 95 patients without vein thrombosis belong to no thrombus group. The general information, clinical information, laboratory and imaging results of the two groups of patients were collected.SPSS 16.0 software was used and the independent risk factors were analyzed by non conditional logistic regression.Based on the multivariate analysis results,we draw relevant ROC curve and its value would be evaluated on predicting PVT of these patients. Results:The analysis of single factor prompting that comparing the difference between the two groups of patients in the white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, prothrombin time, prothrombin time international normalized ratio, fibrinogen, fibrinogen degradation products, concentrations of albumin, main portal vein diameter and portal blood flow velocity were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the further non-conditional logistic regression analysis model showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in white blood cell count and main portal vein diameter(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of white blood cell count(AUC)was 0.324,which could not be used for prediction.AUC of main portal vein diameter was 0.582.Conclusions:Main portal vein diameter is the independent risk factors for PVT in cirrhosis patients. The diameter of the main portal vein was widened would increase the risk of turning out PVT.So we should pay attention to monitoring portal vein width of patients with liver cirrhosis.
