| Objective1.Understand the perioperative negative emotion(anxiety and depression)and subjective well-being of lung cancer patients;2.Explore the intervention effect of well-being therapy on anxiety,depression,and subjective well-being in perioperative lung cancer patients.Methods From May 2016 to November 2017 in 80 cases of lung cancer operation in Department of thoracic surgery in the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional nursing method in the hospital,and the observation group was treated with well-being therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups before and after intervention,the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and the subjective well-being index(IWB)were used to assess the anxiety and depression and subjective well-being of patients,and to analyzed the effect of the well-being therapy intervention.Results1.The study included 80 cases of lung cancer surgery in Department of thoracic surgery,including 42 males and 38 females,aged 34~68 old years,with an average age of(56.17 ± 8.18)years.There was no statistically significant difference in the age,sex,medical insurance type,education level and occupation status between the two groups before intervention.The data of the two groups were balanced and comparable.2.The prevalence of anxiety and depression in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients was(17.12 ± 6.05)and(17.92 ± 4.55),respectively.And the subjective well-being was low,which was(4.91 ±1.62).There was no statistically significant difference in the age,sex,medical insurance type,education level and occupation status between the two groups before intervention.The data of the two groups were balanced and comparable.3.The observation group after the intervention of anxiety score was significantly lower than that before intervention(t=4.462,P<0.001),the control group before and after the intervention group had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the observation group after the intervention of anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(t=3.347,P<0.05).4.Compared with the observation group after the intervention of depression scores before and after intervention,significantly decreased(t=8.288,P<0.001),and the control group before and after intervention in the depression scores of group comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05);after the intervention of depression in the observation group were lower than control group,the difference has statistical significance(t=2.161,P<0.05).5.Compared with the observation group after the intervention of subjective well-being scores before and after the intervention,significantly increased(t=2.472,P<0.05),and the control group before and after intervention in the subjective well-being score in comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group subjective well-being score higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.432,P<0.05).Conclusion1.lung cancer patients are prone to anxiety,depression and negative emotions during the perioperative period,and the subjective well-being is low.The clinical nurses should take reasonable intervention measures combined with the specific conditions of patients.2.Well-being therapy can relieve patients’ anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,help patients correct irrational ideas,and build a correct and reasonable way of thinking,which can relieve patients’ depression.3.Well-being therapy can improve the SWB of cancer patients,through assess happiness fragment,followed by the complete loss of patients feel recognition field of happiness,at the end of the patients with negative thoughts corrected,to discuss with patients with negative cognitive and misconceptions of body and mind,let its produce on the side of the good things of gratitude,attitude adjustment,reduce anxiety and depression,which can improve the control ability of patients with high mood. |
