Clnical Observation On The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia With The Puncture Of The Head Point

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of head point penetration in the treatment of vascular dementia.Through the comparison and analysis of the curative effect of the head point penetration needle method and the western medicine donepezil on vascular dementia,the treatment method of convenient operation,safe and effective and small side effect is explored.Method:60 cases of cerebral disease in the hospital of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected to conform to the standard of vascular dementia,and 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the head point through needle therapy.The treatment group was selected:the God trio,the two sides,the Baihui temples(bilateral),the head dimension permeable cranium(bilateral),the jade pillow transventilation pool(bilateral),the control group was given the oral western medicine donepezil,5mg/times a day for 6 weeks,and 3 weeks for 1 treatments.The course was treated 6 times a week,and 2 courses were treated.According to the internationally recognized diagnostic and scoring criteria,the scores of two groups were observed before and after the treatment of daily living ability scale(ADL),Blessed Behavior Scale(BBS),simple mental state Checklist(MMSE)and modified Kyohko Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-R),and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.The ADL score and the BBS score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,P<0.05,with significant difference,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods had a certain effect on the daily living ability and behavior changes of the patients with vascular dementia,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The comparison of MMSE score and HDS-R score before and after treatment in the two groups,P<0.05,has significant difference,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods have a certain effect on the mental state,cognition and intelligence of patients with vascular dementia,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,the effective rate of the control group was 56.67%,P<0.05,and the difference was significant in the control group.The effect of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group4.the total effective rate in the treatment group was 80%,the effective rate of the control group was 53.33%,<0.05,and the difference was significant in the control group.The effect of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of vascular dementia by 1.point penetration needling is better than that of Western medicine in improving daily living ability,cognitive function and intelligence.2.The treatment of vascular dementia by 2.scalp penetration needling has obvious clinical effect,simple operation and little side effect.It can be widely applied in clinic.
