The Clinical Observation Of Cluster Needling Of Scalp Point Long Needle Method Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cluster needling of scalp point long needle method of vascular dementia,through The comparison and analysis of cluster needling of scalp point long needle method and western medicine nimodipine,so as to fi-ndamore effective therapeutic method for the treatment of the d-isease,reduce the side effects and improve the quality of life o-fpatients.:Methods:40 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The treatment group used the cluster needling of s-calp point long needle method,the control group was treated wi-thwestern medicine nimodipine.The scores of MMSE,ADL and SD-SVD scale were observed before and after treatment,and the c-onclusion was drawn after statistical treatment.Results:After treatment, the scores of MMSE,ADL and SDS VD in the two groups were significantly different,and the treatm-ent group was better than the control group.The total effectiver-ate of the two groups of patients with cognitive function,selfca-reability, TCM syndrome score was significantly different,the tr-eatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions:1.The effect of cluster needling of scalp point long needle method on vascular dementia is better than that of thecontrol group.2.Cluster needling of scalp point long needle method treatment of vascular dementia can significantly improve thepatient’s cognitive function,activities of daily living and TCM syndrome score.
